I was reading on here about the Carter County teams and I did not realize Elizabethton was part of the same area. Being from Hancock we are familiar with Hampton , Unaka and Cloudland. Since they are that close how come they do not play each other .

Give it to the football guy and let him put proper football techniques in so the rough play wont be so obvious.

I went to the state tourney the last several years with my ex coaches and our new coach and I know where this comes from. My question is what did Chambers first state game look like compared to McCanns first state game when you can compare them as role players? Go Indians.................

Now if my elementary math serves me correctly the average of success at Unaka in all sports is much higher than that at Elizabethton. So the earlier statement to good ole betsy must be true. To talk about peewee leagues did you not once compete in the big ten and now you cant even beat 2A schools. And while were at it just how many teams with winning records have you beat this year?

Since we are talking about coaches who is that guy that stands with the chains and on the sideline that is always telling the coaches what to do?

I have sat by and watched and can be quite no longer. I supported coach Powers at the beginning because I thought he was doing right by the program but now I must retract my statements and apologize to all of Hancock County I was wrong. It is time for him to go he has no respect from his players and fans run him off.

Hancock County will rule the region and we pity anyone who comes here to win a substate.Go Indians.........

I will agree our discipline at Hancock was off last year but I think our new coach is going to get it back and it is needed . We would have been alot better if we had it last year.

We have a new coach and lost several players from last years team but with our weak league and region we can go all the way just wait and see the surprises we have . That is if everyone pulls together and don't fight over who starts and who plays the most and that kind of stuff.
