No one has said Goodpasture has recruited. Their team is not that good! If they did recruit, then they did not get what they paid for.

Smith County by 27. Looks like your having a better than expected year other than the tough AA teams you have to face and the occasional tough single A teams you don't have to face.

You will finish 5th in your district at best. DCA, EZELL, FRA AND GOODPASTURE are all 15 to 30 points better than CPA. As for Davidson Academy, they are not considered a top 20 team. DCA beat them by 30 and FRA beat them by 20. I do believe Davidson could beat CPA by 10 points though. Also, DCA and FRA are better than EZELL this year. Ezell's coaching keeps it close though.

8 STEALS A GAME (AVERAGE)? I HAVE SEEN HER PLAY 5 TIMES OVER THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS. THE LAST ONE WAS HER BEST GAME! YOU SEEMED TO BE VERY IMPRESSED. WE THOUGHT SHE WAS A NICE PLAYER BUT NOT THE CALIBER PLAYER YOU THINK. YOU SHOULD GO INTO PUBLIC RELATIONS BECAUSE YOU ARE NO STATISTICIAN. THERE WAS A COLLEGE COACH AT THAT GAME WITH DCA BUT SHE WAS NOT THERE TO SEE KARPER.

IF THE GIRL FROM DCA HAD SHOT 34 TIMES, SHE WOULD HAVE SCORED 45 POINTS. INSTEAD, SHE SCORED 22 POINTS, HAD 12 REBOUNDS AND 6 ASSISTS. THE REASON THEY WANTED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO KARPER IS BECAUSE YOU WERE BRAGGING ABOUT HER 30 POINT AVERAGE. THIS IS THE ONLY GOOD TEAM YOU HAVE PLAYED SO FAR AND THEY SHUT HER DOWN. WHEN YOU SCORE 34 AND YOU WIN BIG OVER A GOOD TEAM, THEN THAT IS WORTH BRAGGING ABOUT.

Throw 46, Shooting 30 to 40 times a game does not make you a player. She just happens to play on a team that has no other shooters. If you saw her play DCA the night before, you would see what she does against a good defense. She scored 19 points and she shot the ball over 30 times again. Many of those points were in the 4th quarter after DCA 's starters were out of the game. She does have some good offensive skills but standing at halfcourt waiting on the outlet pass is her main objective. She was so tired in the first half that she scored very little. A Miss Basketball candidate should be an all-around player. When you see a player that scores 20 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists( that is a player!) She is a very good player however and if she played for DCA, she would be a valuable asset. You would see a different player though. She would be forced to play defense and and her scoring average would be 10 to 12 points a game. She would be one of many players and not even the best player on the team (much less a Miss Basketball). Last night she got to shoot whenever she wanted because of the competition she played..
