Logan Pierce from Sycamore should be higher than the 130's. Top Ten in scoring scoring around 21 points a game. He has been looked at by Austin Peay and Cumberland. Should be at least top 75 or even higher.

Gerry, I thought you might find this interesting since you seem to be quite the history buff or old enough to remember all of this. Since the Titans have been here they avg. over 1 million tickets sold each regular season with only eight home games. The Sounds reached an ALL TIME ATTENDANCE RECORD last year with just under 400 thousand with more than 80 home games played. But who's keeping track right?? I totally agree with you the Titans are out and Nashville's all time favorite team the Sounds are in But anyway, back to basketball Cheatham, Harpeth, Sycamore and Waverly will be the 4 teams representing 10aa in regions. There is no way to tell who will come out on top but I will say that the three cheatham county teams will finish in the top 3 spots for this district. With hopefully Sycamore on top goin to play district 9's awesome 4 seed.

I think Sycamore is gonna surprise some people. Although they haven't been consistent throughout the season, they have beaten Waverly and played both Harpeth and Cheatham close. They prolly won't win district gold this year, but should advance to regions. They are definitely a team to look out for in the next 2 to 3 years with 3 starting freshmen they will be tough down the road.

First off we all agree that this is a message board for people to post OPINIONS. For some reason nobody in Giles Co. understands the definition of this word. Any time someone, no matter where your from, gets on here and says Giles can be beat, Giles fans go crazy. Right now Giles fans are already guaranteeing a state championship. Why??? I could understand if you lost no one from last season and beat every one you played by 20 or more. But you didn't, for example Giles vs. Bolivar last year. Can you sit back and tell me Giles "dominated that game"?? I guess it was all planned out to hit that buzzer beating shot huh? I'm not saying Giles won't or can't win, but just be careful what you say. Overconfidence can kill talent any night. As for Fairview, What is it goin to take for you to quit talking about this game?? A trophy or maybe a personal Congrats from everybody at Sycamore. By the way, unless Coacht's schedules are completely wrong, only 7 of your losses are within 10 pts. Good luck in districts maybe we'll see a rematch in Regions.

If Tyler Smith is so bored why don't he just go ahead and break every tssaa record? It's only 103 points in one game, he should be able to that in a half right? Or what about 27 3's if he's goin pro he should be able to that against teams like page and marshall. But In both games I've seen him play, he's been lazy and undisciplined and only showboat. He is prolly gonna have to go to UT to maintain eligibility because he's obviously not goin for school just bball. It's his one stop tour before draft day.

In 10aa everythings a toss up. 5 teams have a realistic shot at winning district. Every team could win on any given night. Right now Harpeth and Cheatham prolly have a slight edge over everyone else with Harpeth having a first round bye. Waverly will more than likely advance to regions. Sycamore plays Mont Cent. with winner earning bid into regions. Tourney should be fun to watch.

Good game on both sides. Both Logan and Dansby had good games neither one dominated. Refereeing once again at Sycamore was horrible but consistent on both sides. We should just ask the opposing team to bring their own refs. Sycamore could of had a chance to end it in reg. with Logan's last second shot going a little long and him ending up on the floor (I thought that he could of got two fouls shots out of the deal). Passing it around seems to be Sal's speciality. Nice oop from dansby over the big man tinch, not many can pull that feat. Good game to both teams, would like to see a rematch come tourney time.

And by the way there isn't much to do around here like you said but obviously CW isn't in entertainment central because your constantly on here reading our posts. Well since were playin the odds, what were the odds of CW beating Cheatham Waverly and MC in a row? Thats what I thought, you've already proved those odds. Creekwood fans thought they could win these three games consecutively, but don't believe Sycamore can beat Harpeth once. Thats ignorance on their part. I will even make a bet with every CW fan on Coacht, if Cw even makes it to the District Championship game, they dont even have to win just make it, I will come to the game wearing a set of viking horns face paint,CW shirt, and anything else to support them. Here's another little fun fact for everyone to think about Marshall county who's 4-14 on the season successfully defeated CW just two weeks ago. In the latest poll out of 111 teams, Marshall is 108.

If all falls as El Rey says here are my first round predictions: Cheatham with 1st place receives bye 1st round Waverly vs. Stewart- I mean seriously I think we all know this one, no disrespect Waverly is just too strong. Harpeth vs. Creekwood- I take Harpeth with Dansby having a huge game picking apart Creekwood's inside post player Sycamore vs. MC- I'm a little partial to this one, but I'll go with Sycamore. They seem to have finally found their rhythem and should pull this one out in a close one. After this I'm unsure of how the bracket plays out but this is first round.

Sycamore beat Maplewood tonight 70-66. Logan came away with prolly twenty or so. While Tinch and company lit'em up from behind the arc. I believe if Sycamore plays like this against Harpeth, Harpeth is in trouble. Sycamore just needs to keep up the pace and continue hittin the three's. Hopefully Watts will be back and offer a few more long balls.

Seeds will not be a major factor come tourney time. The only difference will be #1 plays one less round. #7 could beat #2 without trouble. It is impossible to predict who will come out of this one on top. Tourney should be very interesting to watch. Cant wait to see it

So what your sayin is Creekwood can beat Cheatham and Waverly consecutively, but Sycamore can't beat Harpeth. Both of these things must happen in order for that to happen. First through third places are locked up no way either team could get those spots it is a mathematical impossibility for Creekwood to get higher than 4th. Sycamore and Mont Cent would both have to lose out and Creekwood win out for Creekwood to take fourth. Yes you have beat us twice, good job. But I'll guarantee Creekwood will not beat Cheatham, Waverly, and Mont Central in a row. Sorry for the reality check but thats just the way it is.

One of the biggest factors in this game will be foul trouble. Especially with the game at Sycamore, our refs tend to get a little whistle happy. Dansby will have trouble guarding Logan without picking up a few fouls. If Dansby gets in trouble early then Sycamore will take it easy, if not it will be a dogfight and will come down to Sycamore's 3 point %. I take Sycamore by 4.

nope the only tyler smith homepage is about some kid whose a bass player for Iowa State University. That Pierce website is a good idea because in a few years basketball wont be the only impressive thing on his resume.

Besides Sycamore what other established programs have you beaten? Because I don't consider Marshall, Fairview, Stewart, or Houston county to be "established" programs more like struggling
