    GRACE TENNIS

Hey, Grace guys, I was wondering how good is Collegedale? Are they better than Hixson?
  2. what happened in this game? It seemed like Grace was playing their best ball.
  3. I thought most of your A predictions were good. I'm not sold on Pickett County, however, and I think CCS will beat them and go to state. Good predictions.
  4. CCS won the game 62-60. As was expected, Grace had no answer for the "goofy" brothers. They combined for probably 40-45 points. The 150 lb. Mcmasters had 0 pts. Also, Long did shut down eldridge. He probably had 10 points just because he put up at least 20 shots. I will say Parshall is a great player. The kid was lights out. But CCS had a bad game, probably 25 turnovers, and still won the game.
  5. Grace has two good scorers, but that's it. McMaster's isn't in the same league as the CCS big men. Have you ever seen the kid? I'm sure the CCS big men weigh over 150. Grace will get outside scoring from Parshall and Davis, but will get nothing inside. Look at their records. Grace lost twice to McCallie, CCS beat them. Grace got killed by Lookout Valley, CCS beat them. CCS 60 Grace 52
  6. Wow! This pokerplayer guy is absolutely ridiculius. It's hard to respond to his stuff. Where does he come up with this? CCS couldn't hang w/ Hardy? Wow. I mean, are you serious? Isn't Hardy the team that the last two years CCS never played their starters the WHOLE game and still won by honestly 60. Please don't insult everyone's intelligence by saying these comments. Oh yeah, my picks are CCS LV South Pitt Whitwell, maybe
  7. Ok... his dunk might have been harder but sikes was also 4 inches taller, and I would say you're right. It really wasn't an upset, but CPA always goes far in the tournament so it was a big win.
  8. Grace has two good players in Parshall, Davis, but I'm not sure they have enough else to be good this year. They have no big men, and have no other guys who can hit shots. They lost a great ball handler and scorer in Van Horn. I don't think they can make up for that. They'll still be a decent team but I don't think they have near enough to compete with a team like Temple.
  9. It was a big win for CCS. I think with their size they have a good chance to be a power in single A this year. Big game against MCcallie tomorrow.
  10. Props to CCS with their big win over CPA. They led by 15 most of the game and ended up winning by 5 I think. CCS has a real solid team and for some reason has really been below the radar. Good luck tomorrow night vs. McCallie.
  11. Those are some good rankings, except I think CCS is better than Lookout Valley. Good job.
  12. Wow! I guess Grace really isn't that great, 39 points. That's a shocker to me.
  13. i think he's going to prep school and will play college ball next year. I'm excited to see how that works out for him.
  14. wow, you all called this one. yeah, right. CCS didn't play very well, and it wasn't even that close of a game. Hixson never had the lead. CCS was the much better team. Good call buddies. Final Score CCS 50 Hixson 32
  15. "Howard is a good team" That's what you said on another post on this board, staynskool. And now you're saying they're terrible, worse than Temple. At least stick to something. Even if you say CCS schedule isn't amazing, they've still beat everybody from TN that they've played. They haven't had a bad loss, unlike almost every other team around here.
  16. My East starting line-up would be: G-Hare G-Cook F-Adams F-Little C-Merriman
  17. StaynSkool, you should have Adams starting instead of White.
  18. I heard that McCallie won by 5 and I was just wondering how the game went.
  19. My Top Ten Juniors 1. Adams-Baylor 2. Little-Cleveland 3. Suiter-Bradley Central 4. Hammonds-Bradley Central 5. Ray-Howard 6. Smith-Tyner 7. Sanders-Brainerd 8. White-Ooltewah 9. Cable-CSAS 10. Skogen-Temple
  20. My first five: G-Justin Hare G-Jon Cook F-Charles Little F-Ryan Merriman F-Charles Benning Second five: G-Tim Cooper G-Kellen Pickel G-Rodney Henderson F-Courtney White F-Wes Suiter
  21. CCS also beat a surging Temple team and Lookout Valley last week. They've beat Howard and they have to play them two more times this year. Howard played Brainerd to overtime; they're not bad. CCS has no bad losses, unlike most of the other ranked teams. That's why they're deservedly ranked high.
  22. Jon Cook from CCS is definitely the best pure shooter in TN. Most importantly, he's a clutch 3-pt shooter. Against Temple, he put CCS into overtime with an NBA three.
  23. Great rankings all around! Your top five picks are right on the money. Keep it up.
