Bolton has 10 coming back. One of the seniors listed, Clayton Perkins, got hurt at Black Horse (our opening tournament) and has not been able to wrestle since. Therefore we have a different 189 who started. Our team will still be rebuilding next year as we have only one strong junior this year. We will have mostly 11th and 10th graders on next years team as of now.

I will let him know of your post. He will greatly appreciate it. He has surgery on Wednesday, the 11th. We have been told it is a tough one and I know he and his parents would appreciate everyone remembering him in prayer, especially on Wednesday morning.

SORRY SOMMERS!!!!! My blonde and Polish kicked in and I got names confused. That is why I call everyone Hon in person, becasue I have a bad time with names. You do not come off as angry, but informative. However the irishdad, login name, is, not you AN Irish father. The common link of Irish is where in my brain things got confused. I know I said I would not respond and I meant that towards any ongoing argument. However I did respond because as I was offline cooking dinner I realized I had my names wrong. AGAIN, SORRY SOMMERS! I do not like adults posting angry remarks towards teens. I also do not like people trying to find out who people are since I constantly try to teach kids and teens internet safety. Besides being a wrestling mom, I'm a PTA mom as well.

Dragonwrestler, great posts. Way to keep your cool when those around here seem to be losing theirs. I am proud to see that you are standing up for yourself without lowering yourself to Sommers level. It is obvious by most of his posts that he gets very angry often, not always, but often. Now the MOM comes out in me, please keep away from this man at Chattanooga. He would love to figure out who you are, as he is always asking everyone who they are, and you are showing great maturity by ignoring that request. I do not think, or mean to imply that he would lay a hand on you, but you do not need to hear his anger in person. By his posts he reminds me a lot of "King Willie" here in Memphis. Sommers, I enjoy reading your posts when you are even tempered. You seem to have great insight to the teams in your area. As I am in West TN, I appreciate hearing about the kids in your neck of the woods. However you need to realize that you will never build yourself (or your team) up by putting everyone else down. I am glad to see that you are supportive of "your" boys. You can address those you feel are against your team without the anger and it would be much more productive. There is no place for hatred on this board and remember that a lot of the people posting are teenagers. You as an adult, you need to demonstrate understanding and how to deal with those who post things against you (your team). Maybe you could take a lesson from Dragonwrestler on how to post without anger. No need to reply to me as I will not reply back.

I believe that Chris isn't running from anyone. I think it is more likely that he want to beat someone at 119.

Is this a wise decision? If you are who I think, you know I am worried about you wrestling. I think I made my thoughts clear to you at the JV champs. Be smart and do what is best for you in the long run. You know you will have a hard match with Andrew.

Yes that would seem logical except this thread has proven that you guys like to try to make it look as though you are someone else. The post by domino just does not sound like something I would hear from Dominic. (Of course I am a mom and will only admit to seeing good in the wrestlers I know.)

At Blackhorse, Dominic wrestled for Cordova and Randell Mitchner represented Cordova at the Bolton Wildcat tournament. I can not find a listing from Cordova and SBA wrestling each other since then.

Sorry if I let the cat out of the bag so to speak. I assumed the team knew since the match was cancelled. I also assumed he must have gotten sick at school. Our team is praying for him and sending a little something so that he knows we care. We are all praying for a speedy recovery.

Does anyone have any info. on Coach Cottrell from Collierville? We were scheduled to wrestle them tonight and they had to cancel as he was taken to the hospital. Hope he recovers quickly and that his team will be able to wrestle well this weekend.

Just got home and was wondering how you had the score already. Bolton won 44-26.

Josh Bauke was home schooled until this school year. He learned to wrestle, along with his little brother, from his dad. They have a wrestling room in their home if that gives you an ideas. He wrestled with Bolton's middle school team for a couple years and of course wrestles all over the country during the off season.

Josh went back to the surgeon today and he has to have surgury on his shoulder. He will have a 3 month recovery time, so he is out for the season. He is however still attending practice and matches and helping to coach and pump up his teammates.

BOTW, I recorded it for our team to view, and I can make a copy for you. I'm a Bolton mom. He is a very impressive young man.
