AS you've gotten from another post we have 15A exclusively on 101.7 thru Sat (except for the occasional Big Brother Break-Ins). Wes, HeavyD, & Co. hold down the fort at the "View. I'll be with you in spirit until Monday.

Gibson-Crockett on 97.7 but 101.7 will have 15A from So. Fulton. You'll have to get 104.9 if your outside of AM 1410 range.

Was this game postponed? Score wasn't reported here or in Jackson Sun. If so, when is it to be made up?

I'm still lacking the Covington-Ripley score from December. Did Covington win that one? I know Ripley won Jan. 30th. This will bring my 14AA standings up to date going into tonight's games.

GoMab, I know you follow 14AA as much as you can since you have some players down there. I'm trying to get up to speed on how their tourney bracket's going to look but I'm lacking some scores. Do you know about the following games? 12/19 Covington-Ripley 1/9 Covington-Fayette-Ware 1/16 Covington-Brighton 1/23 Brighton-Ripley 2/6 Covington-Brighton & Ripley-Haywood If ANYONE can help with these scores I thank you. This district doesn't get good coverage from Jackson or Memphis papers(much of it coach's faults) and apparently there aren't many CoachT members in the area either.

13AA is at Westview this year as the rotation begins. Region is at Haywood Co.

Add to that total wins in the Westview Thanksgiving Classic over AAA Columbia Central & a very good AA Chester County.

Rick Smith is involved with his Lake Road teams at the TMSAA sectional tournament. That's why he wasn't at GC Tuesday. Sources close to the situation reveal that Hoffman has expressed interest in the Lake Co. job IF it opens up. That's not a done deal.

It just depends on what you want. If you want to play schools of similar size from across the state the TNT is a wonderful experience for middle school kids with a state tournament type atmosphere. If you want the feel of the post-season, advancing to different levels like high school, then join the TMSAA and follow that route. Currently the advancement stops within your grand division with no state championship but it's quite an honor to win your section and be recognized at the TSSAA state tournament.

I had Southside 6-4, Humboldt 5-5, & Chester/Liberty tied at 4-6. Is that not correct?

Yes, I do recall that exchange. Did not realize I'd moved into the annals of broadcasters pop culture. If that's the case I want trademark rights. Cude you can't use it anymore without paying me! Lord knows I'm not getting enough as it is! Seriously about the game, Lake County played well but had some foul difficulties. Bottom line was Brandon Shane just went off as he's capable of and took over the game for a period of time before LC knew what hit them. He is capable of being one of the most dominant Class A players I've seen in my 25 years of broadcasting. (Yes, this is my anniversary season & monetary gifts of recognition are appreciated.) Greenfield went from a halfcourt offense to a Brandon:Create Something offense and put them over the hump. I told Bret to take good care of you next week in T'Ville.

The Jackson Sun is the only print media from West Tennessee that votes in the poll but there are at least three of us from broadcast media that vote and I can assure you WCMT continued to vote Bolivar #1.
