What about West and Jeff County? Greeneville s only imac championships are 95 96 for girls and 76,79,80 for guys. Jeff and West have always dominated THE IMAC in Track. Meghan is great! But what about the new 4 event only rule.

I have seen Lyons play! Trust me she is a LEGTIMATE Miss Basketball Candidate. Also What about Huff from Jeff County. Meghan is by far the best athlete. She also qualified for the state in five events in Track on a sprained ankle from AAU B-ball. Trust me she deserves to be nominated along with the others mentioned in aaa. Also Ashley Huff from Jeferson County She can play as well she' tops in all the categories in the prepxtra.

About MotownWest... The girls have come back from one of the biggest, most up setting things in their season. One of two players with an ACL tear. This team was struggling at the beginning of the season, and still won most of their games. They have learned to play together, and to deal with these upsetting injuries. For the district and regional tournaments I feel that the girls will open a few eyes, and turn a couple of heads. As for the "sophomore" issue some of these girls are starting varsity, and comtributing to the team in a very extreme way. So of them also have scored major points in "BIG" games. So think about it, they are doing this as sophomores. Imagine when they are Juniors and Seniors! So be ready, and dont worry about them..They WILL shine!

U T plays for National championships. They recruit the best nationally, not locally. The Clark girl is very good, but injuries tend to hurt you as a jr.

Meghan Lyons was the best athlete in the tournament. How many athletes can say they were all-state in Three sports. Basketball, Track, and now Volleyball.

Todd Collins was USA TODAY DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR. THIS TEAM HAD 35 PLAYERS REPORT UNDER 5 FLAT IN THE FORTY.

Like I said, I seen both teams, Maryville has more team speed than Tn High. This will definitley be the fastest team Tn High has faced. Name one team you've played that is bigger and faster.

OK, First and formost Mo West is not Garbage! We played 6 former state champions on our schedule, two of those teams will win another one.(Maryville and Swain county. Mo west also scrimmaged Riverdale and Oak Ridge one of these two soon to be state champions in 5 a. Let's see Tn high play our schedule. (Maryville also plays a tough schedule and scrimmage quality teams. The MOWest/Tn high game. If you take two long touchdown runs back. Its less than 150 yds rushing and if Mo west does not fumble and have two holding penalties in the Red Zone. West wins. not to mention our penalties and interceptions. West is A Top quality program that deserves Respect, and I m tired of hearing Maryville say we should have beat west last year in the semi's. You did'nt and you only barely beats us at your place 14-6 in the regular season, and we should have beat you there. Maryville's Team is always top quality and are really good this year. Now I ve said you ll both have quality programs,but give us respect. We Respect your programs.

The ? should be does maryville have any good third teamers! I ve had the chance to see both teams in action. they both have fine programs and are well coached. But I have have to say Maryville. I ve seen the quality of athletes and football players both have. Maryville has definitley played a stronger schedule. Common opponets Maryville beat Mo west 38 or 39 to nothing. TN high beat Mo west 17 to 6. TN HIGH MAY SAY THEY HAD AN OFF GAME AGAINST MO WEST. But I can say they honestly Tn high is not the best team. Yes, they could win if Marville has an off night or some things go bad, But if Tn high brought their A game and Maryville Brought their A game. MARYVILLE BY 17. MARYVILLE IS MUCH BETTER UP FRONT. #31 AND #44 ARE GOOD PLAYERS FOR TN HIGH

JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE 87 ON YOUR ROSTER DOES NOT MEAN YOU NEED TO MOVE UP TO 5A. THEIR COACHES WORK HARD TO GET THEIR PLAYERS OUT. THATS WHY THEY WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE A QUALITY PROGRAM. JUST LIKE THE COACHES AT MARYVILLE DO! THEY WORK TO GET QUALITY KIDS OUT.
