Would all of you guys complaining on here like some cheese to go with all that whining. Big deal about the refs they don't beat you the other team does. Missed shots,block outs, turnovers, mailman defense those are the things that get you beat. I saw a stat that DB averages about 15 turnovers a game but SH never pressed. 1:15 to go and SH wastes 45 seconds before they foul is that the refs fault as well.

Who are their top 8 officials

I live in the IMAC area. Who do you guys think are the best her. Rate your top 8

Isn't this one of the good old boys who travels to ref with TN High south each year and now they turn against him go figure.

Wow Waco is slamming the Tribe I bet Art,Bud and Skunk will be looking for you around town.

CMS Fan the ref's where from the Athens Association. SH Is there any ref's you like you where not happy with the district refs then it was the Regional Refs and now the Sub-State guys and they all came from 3 different groups.

This was an outstanding High School basketball game with a great atmosphere. Either team could have won the game and both had their chances. Two turnovers late in regulation and then again in overtime is what doomed Tenn High. The officiating was pretty good as they let them play the game. Both coaches worked hard and the players left everything on the floor. Simply put high school ball the way it's meant to be played.

It was canceled they where up at Riverview seeing if they could find any players who wasn't busy working the streets.

Crockett has a better team than most they got beat by North Greene at home. Thats one of those pitiful Single A Teams who will probably finish 4th in their own district that you guys are slamming.

Can you read I said A or AA in my post. You are the one ditching those levels not me. Now that its Brentwood I guess you feel differently. Well how about Knox Fulton, Austin East, Alcoa, Memphis Ridgeway who smoked AAA Whits Station last year those pitiful little AA schools could never play with those big old AAA schools like Science Hill. Now who is the Clown. Scienc Hill has an outstanding Basketball program by far over the last 20 years the best in East TN and one of the best in the State but you never seen George Pitts, Mike Poe or now Kenny Cutlip who by the way played for a Single A school (I wonder how he turned out so well by your way of thinking) bash smaller schools but I guess some fan who never played can.

This is so funny reading this. SHWaxin Volunteer is a AA team for one and give some credit to Unaka for their title last year they had to play some single A schools from Nashville that wasn't to bad.Single A all that means is enrollment is small and if thats the case Brentwood would probably be A or AA. Waco you had your fun with the Volunteer football team and their lousy season and now its their turn to hammer DB, Art, and yourself about a lousy basketball season which really only resulted in a quality win over a mediocre Science Hill team and I compare that to their teams of the past. Just take your medicine like a good little boy like the falcon faithful have to take theirs during football. As for Volunteer next year they will win some game at the AAA level as will Sullivan Central. It will be a 2 horse race next year with SH and South and everybody else working for 3rd. Skunk as for them not playing over 1 kid is crazy. If Volunteer didn't play DB over a kid with all you have gotten from Hawkins County over the last 20 years they would have never played.

I watched all 3 game last night and South was the best team of the 6 last night. This tournament could be one by any of the reamaining 4. I was sitting in DB section and they were really pumped for this game but unfortunately their team wasn't. South will be even stronger next year and their young coach does a nice job. As for DB Art and Waco made some strong early statements at the first of the year and now they are taking backwater. Don't go crazy over a freshman team Waco Volunteer has had a few good freshman football teams and you see what that gets.

Wow I appreciate you looking at my posts. And to answer your question I am definately not a referee I am the 3rd piece of the puzzle. All you see on this board is someone bashing another team or someone bashing a coach or someone bashing a player or someone bashing a referee. I am the one who gives a good lashing to the fans and you don't like it. I definately also don't condone the way the other fans acted at all they also where way out of hand. As for you blasting me I am sure you are from Central and If you read all of my post I gave them a nice compliment about there team. However once again thanks for reading all my posts nd by your next response I will see if you are just another out of control fan or a quality student of the game of basketball like I am.

I don't think it was a teacher however the fan was a little out of hand and he also threw a cup at Hampton's coach. As for the Constable that was David Campbell who is a constable at every Central game who got after the fan. He doesn't work for Carter Co so I am sure he wasn't worried about losing. Maybe you need to get you story straight.There is one Central fan at all home games who sets under the goal who has a kid playing and he raises all the time on the refs so don't say that they are model fans by no means. In saying all of this I think Central has a very fine team and you hardly ever see anything out of there players or Coach.

Always blaming the refs for a loss. You sound like your coach. When you were beaten by Twin Springs he complained in the Newspaper and when you got the calls at Unicoi he said the officials where right.

Is it true that Hughes is now gone from the team.

The rebuilding process will be tough because you don't have Coach Ricker and I guess it was poetic justice for him for them to lose twice to Greeneville.

Whoever the track coach is should be getting paid well for that many state titles. That is awesome. And Skunk everything you said about DB and there historic program is very true. I give credit where credit is due. From top to bottom ,sport to sport they have as good of an athletic program as anyone in the state and have some outstanding coaches. All my point was that don't throw stones and complain about officiating when over the years DB has had what we should call some breaks went there way calls.

Your right Skunk but he had 3 on him in the first. All I was replying to was people on this board brougt up that Arby's Ref comment and I said Ol Buck used to have a few in his pocket as well including old Hampton boy Colbaugh. Now that it might be somone else there is some complaining.

Just telling the truth. I bet one Darrell Griffith from Louisville Male would agree. DB has had alot of great talent and has had some homeccoking as well is all I am saying. Now that it might be going the other way someone seems to not like it.
