  1. The defending district champions(CSAS) basically have their whole team returning including their top four scorers, Tyner has their whole team returning. Howard has two yong guys in Ford and Shropshire. East Ridge lost their three best players from an overrated state ranked team. My picks, 1. CSAS 2. Tyner 3. Howard 4. Hixson 5. East Ridge
  2. Last I checked it asked for a pre season top ten not a pre season number one
  3. First of all I dont have time to argue with you, Secondly you are crazy to think that EAst Ridge will win twenty games you all were overrated last year losing to Bledsoe in the First round of the district.and the best players from that overrated squad are gone now, And I wont even talk about the game when Charlie and Co. came up to CSAS before school talking about how they were all this and that and ended up losing to CSAS that night by thirteen points
  4. Who cares if you like CSAS we all know they are going to beat the brakes off of East Ridge this year, and EASt Ridge is going to need luck to win ten games this year
  5. I like that question AAA- Brainerd, Ooltewah, AA -CSAS Tyner A- Grace, Temple, CCS
  6. 1. This over the last ten years 2. Soddy has to prove itsel to get into anybodys top ten
  7. I agree you should never count anybody out but my predictions are based on what was lost and what is returning. Hixson was really a 1and a half man show which didnt produce that many points, and since Allan Green has graduated i dont see much coming up to replace him, Tyner and CSAS have by far he two best teams in the district
  8. Coach Moore must have actually had game plans at Rhea b/c at WV he would just let the guys jack up threes and get destroyed in the first round of the region each year
  9. I know for sure they went to the five years in a row from 93 to 98
  10. What had Rhea COunty done before last year I realize they were a phenomenal team last year
  11. I think after a while when you see the same thing over and over things are probably going to stay the same
  12. I have said this in some other posts Howard does not have the talent that they have had for the past couple of years top to bottom CSAS has the most talent in the district (which includes six seniors and their top four scorers from last year) and then Tyner, As far as McMinn Central dominating the region they split with CSAS last year and both games were decided by less than ten points

    PG

Rodney Marsh he plays the two he is pretty good he averaged 20 a game last year. Tomas Cable is the point guard has some potential is a decent shooter
  14. CSAS Tyner one of the county teams Howard was not that dominant last year Hixson lost a lot also.

Martell Powell is not a point guard he plays the wing and post
  16. Hands down that is McMinn Central's district to lose I saw sequoyah play about ten times this summer... not impressed, saw Walker Valley get blown out in the region last year and saw them this summer... not impressed
  17. How do wo know that he is a great leader he has not been under any real adversity this year they have not had a close game, how do we know he wont choke in the playoffs if it is a close game in the fourth quarter
  18. Yeah I noticed it after i typed but did not feel like deleting so you can just ignore my post
  19. What are the top ten programs in the Chattanooga Area over the last ten years. Here is my list. 1. Brainerd 2. Temple 3. Bradley Central 4. Cleveland 5. Howard 6. Chattanooga Christian 7. Chatt Arts and Sciences 8. Tyner 9. Central 10. McMinn Central
  20. In no particular order I would say Tony Harris Robert Okelly CJ Black Harris Walker Shawn Marion Trenton Hassell Vincent Yarbrough Ron Mercer Tony Delk I can not think of a tenth person actually this is from the last ten years my bad
  21. I think Riverdale is an outstanding football program and i enjoy watching them and am actually hoping they wi the state this year but i truly believe that some you riverdale fans not the players, or coaches but the fans have to be some of the most petty people on this web site you all argue and bicker and cry about everything, just accept who your team plays go out and support them every Friday and hope they win, stop whinning all the time
  22. is it just me or has anyone else noticed how numerous middle and west tn teams have two and three kids taller than 6'5'' but places like Chattanooga have maybe a total of ten kids that big in the whole city. could it have something to do with populations size of the cities
  23. As far as AA is concerned it does not matter because CSAS and TYner both have basically the exact same teams from last year and Howard is going to have a few weapons, so Chattanooga will once again have the top three teams in the district
  24. I saw Unaka play CSAS this summer and CSAS beat them by about 40 grant CSAS is a AA school it was never even close. Is AA that much better than single A
