However Beech proved to be a real Blue Collar Team, Congrats Bucs! WE MADE THEM PUT IT ON THE BIG SCREEN! THEY WERE NOT GOING TO DO IT AT 1ST!

Fish get a life. FARRAGUT PROVED THEY WERE THE BETTER TEAM THIS YEAR! TALK ABOUT SOUR GRAPES! The Owls played an easy dist schedule. Not their fault but it cost them going into the playoffs. If it hadn't been FHS it would have been MHS. So you need to get back into your little pond where you are a big fish I guess! BTW-in 1995 I think Chatt Central was beating the Owls! How did the Owls do in 1995? Your Doing a lot of splashing about Farragut however they have went as far as the Owls in the playoffs and won just as many State Championships. 0 I would think the W-L record between FHS and the owls is close. This isn't the first year Farragut has popped the Owls out of the run for state. May not be the last. YOU folks hoot louder than most about their program so be cool.

Shouldn't you be over on the Girls Softball Thread by now! You have been one of the dumbest posters I have seen this year. Let the FHS folks talk about their program. You have called one right all season when it counted. IMHO-This was the Admirals best shot this year. They have a good coaching staff but not great! Lot's of College level coaching have said the same thing. Their coach is a good man but not a great Football Coach! The Farragut Soccer program could not get to the next level until the brought in a new coach. IMHO- the same thing will be need for the football proram. However by the time that happens OR will be a powerhouse again and FHS will be 3rd best program behind Maryville and OR! I hope I'm wrong!

DB was the greatest football Atmosphere that I have seen in TN. We lived in KP for 2 years. My oldest son was a Freshman in 1999 when a great tribe team lost to Red Bank in the Semis on their way to the State Championship. That team and fans made me a fan of the tribe! Make a few adjustments and DB will be great again. Maryville has the best coach in the state. If they loose him to a College Program Maryville will have an adjustment period. He has a great staff also. I sure DB matched up Athletic wise. That 99 team made my sond decide to run Cross Country with his 125 frame. He broke a Freshman Record there and finsihed 15th in the State with the Great DB coach there but I would have loved to see him play for the Tribe. He lettered in CC and wrestling so I guess we can be part of the Tribe Family. Good Luck I still watch you guys and wear my tribe hat when I can. GO Tribe!

Isn't this the same Owl team and QB just a few weeks ago you said would beat Maryville and go to State. You better stick to Girls Softball! Really I mean it Did you watch the Ads play Riverdale and Maryville. It was close games that the Ads could and should have won. I would say Farragut played most of the top programs and teams in the state. Ooltewah was not one of them! Get'em Admirals Change your Ohio State Uniforms and maybe you can become Champions and your fans will stop acting like Ohio State fans.

Good Post. I agree. I have seen some great teachers of young men on the field. However all of them were fired when they could't bring home the gold. Farraguts Soccer Program is a perfect example. The team was always one of the best in the state but could not win state. When they hired Coach Culbreth he took them to the next level, State and National Champions. I don't know which one is the better teacher of young men but I know which one put the State championships in the trophy case!

Need to change the name of the team to the Sharks! Because the blood is in the water and your attacking each other. SAD! All this big talk about Farragut and Maryville didn't want to face the Owls. PLEASE........................ If you had this years record in the same district as Farragut and Maryville then folks might have thought the Owls were as good as your fans did. Where were all these Benny haters when the Owls were undefeated and ranked #1.

The screch Owls sound like Crying Owls. It's the same thing every year. As soon as your team loses a game or 2 then the attacks start on the players, Coach and parents. SAD! I predicted this over a week ago. When the Owls played in Reg 2 they played a tough schedule and it helped get to the semi's. Now I think the OWL NATION had a false sense of how good they were. While Farragut was playing the best teams in the State the owls kept puffing out their chest saying how great they were playing a weak dist. From 31 Oct The flock of birds do this every year! They will turn on each other soon! They need to goback to the drawing board.

Wow Ooltewah and Chatt Cen went out the same round. Only 1 diff. They have a Football State Championship Trophy in their case.

Champs will come out of POD 1 or 2.

OAKLAND AND MT JULIET IS THE OTHER TOP GAME IN THE STATE.

I could see the Owls facing OR and Farragut vs Mcminn then the teams facing each other. Again who ever comes out of that top bracket will beone heck of a team.

SAD that either Oakland or Mt Juliet goes home afet round one just like Farragut or Ooltewah. All top ranked teams. Stupid

Sad one of these teams will be going home after the 1st round. You have teams in this thing with a 1-9 record =How crazy is that. Two former #1s facing each other 1st round. Then youhave Oakland and MtJuliet against each other 1st round. TSSAA has to do better than this. You have a lot of the top teams facing each other the 1st week. T$$AA screws up again Good luck Admirals. Both Teams deserve a better draw than this. Who ever gets to the Quarter Finals against Maryville will have faced some top comp! I hope their beech is deep because they will need it.

Something tells me it might be the Owls who do nott want to see a healthy Farragut! Farragut played a real schedule this year. Played 2 former State Champs. Then DB, OR, Bearden and Riverdale. Who did you play except Franklin? YOu had an easy reg season sch and couldn't finish that. Farragut was #1 about the same amount of time as the baby birds. Should be a great game. Just keep your boys out of North GA Go look at your Girl Softball State Champ Trophy because that's the only State Champ team the birds can build!
