I agree. Sometimes I had rather listen to the games on the radio instead of actually going. They are fair in broadcasting no matter who is playing. They keep you updated on scores, etc.. whereas some stations talk for ever without giving a score.

Since you brought up football, do you think there will be any improvement in GC football in the future due to combining some of the JR high football teams? I am just curious.

Don't count GC out just yet. Dudley may be double and triple teamed but there will be others to step up and she will continue to play well. Like GCfan2 stated, who would have thought that they would have had the season they had. I am always impressed with their teams.

Ok, here is your head back and if you will notice I made no comment on who would win in a best out of 3 games, I am no expert at predicting such things. I heard Jackson County was good, but have never seen them play. I know LA was good in the game I saw them play.

I couldn't agree more! I think GC girls basketball teams have always been good and could even be better if some players that I have seen at the JR High level continued to play at the high school level. I wonder why some who were good in Jr high do not play in high school? I have noticed this in other sports as well.

You are exactly right. I saw Thomas in the GC home game against Chester County and she is very good.

Tennisguy, I have been on for awhile but never posted anything, just liked reading, especially yours. You are going to get me fired because I can't get my work done for getting on here seeing what you are going to post. Hey, it makes the day go by faster though. All I am saying is don't judge all GC fans by what a few post on here. Some of us do have a life and watch the games for fun. I did come to the game and guess what, shed no tears on the way home. Heck, we ate, shopped, etc... all the way home.

Don't know! Maybe their route stopped near the gravel pit. At least the parking was free way back there!

What bus? I never saw any buses. I parked in the gravel pit beside the softball field. After I purchased our tickets people were talking about riding on buses but I never saw any.

The inside was great! The parking and having to walk 2 miles was the problem I had. Some of us are not as young as we used to be.
