Hillsboro was the only Metro team to be consistent in winning year in and out until they went to District 11 AAA then they had to play the Williamson County Teams so now Maplewood has moved into that roll but I think they are playing with a short fuse; not enought money or coaches in metro to keep the train rolling so I think they will go 5-5 next year.

Spring Hill in the south end of Williamson County south of Nashville about 30 miles.School is opening in the fall with only 9th and 10th grade.

Summit High School now is looking for assistant coaches; how long will it take to get a full staff in place? What about spring practice? Who do they open the season with?

:thumb :Hey Sarah take a chill pill, and don't be so hard on Coach.It's true that playing the game does not make you a great coach, but Coach D. has only been a head coach one year and I am sure he has a list of things he would have done different. If you are a fan of the Eagles then buy your season tickets; support all the fundraising events that go to help the team, wear your blue and green/gold with pride, be positive with the kids, encourage them to do their best, and sit in the stands on Friday night giving them the support they deserve after going through 9 months of lifting, running, conditioning, etc so that they can play the great game of High School Football.

Summit is easy 0-10 the only game that will be close is week 2 Bye, Ravenwood has the tougher schedule so it will be close between the other 3.

I will say that the Bobcats now go back to the top of the district on all preseason boards. Coach OC may leave someday but it will be to Alabama, not another team in Tennessee; he will enjoy the 2011 season at Giles will a strong supporting cast of coaches and returning players who will get past the 2nd round next year.

Next will be Centennial then Ravenwood I hear both schools are close to 2nd round of interviews. No names to be provided at this time but I am sure there are rumors out there.
