When reading thru Coach T I am unable to find very much about Sevier County Smoky Bears. But Look out all with a professional coaching staff as Coach Brewer and his team preparing these boys on and off the field we hope to see them go a long way. Sevier County is going to be a very strong team this year with a group of upper classmen that have played several years together everyone better look out the time has come. I hope to find more in Coach T's supporting this group of fine athletes and coaching staff.

My son is looking at attending Carson Newman or Tusculum next year to play football. From what I have seen on the boards he has picked two top notch schools. He is a 195 lb fullback maxs at around 1400 total lbs. Any advice which school is the best

Sevier County High School has a fine bunch of young men in their senior year this year. The coaching staff has offered so much to these young men on and off the field. In Football the leadership by the coaching staff off the field is as important as the leadership on the field. Coach Brewer and his staff is the finest coaches that we as parents has ever met. In a pre season game this spring a agreed upon decision between both coaches was to play their 2 string players for the whole 3rd qtr although that it cost us the game Coach Brewer being a man of his word did not play any of his 1st string boys although the other team did. Coach Brewer told the players that he said that he would play his 1st string and he did not. A parent is always glad to have a coach such as that to guide our boys. Our Seniors are a group of well behaved sometimes mischieves but all around good boys. In the weight room they rack in the top numbers some maxing around 1300 to 1400 lbs . Alot of heart and Purple Pride will take this team a long way I am proud to be a part of this team. I wish all teams a safe and great year. I hope that all of us hold our head high and support our teams.. Thank you Coach Brewer for your wonderful leadership with our sons for the past 4 years....
