Not to disagree with you all the way. but I think that when it is all said and done that Fairview will finish in the top 2 this year. If you think that M.C. is up towards the top, then Fairview should definitely be up there. They beat M.C. basically without Ben Johnson, who is Fairview's best all around player. The Jackets are 6 and 1 with their only loss coming to Sycamore, which Johnson didn't play at all because of being sick with mono. He's back now and look for the Jackets to get rolling and pull some so called upsets along the way. This team is as deep as any team in the distric and they are figuring out ways to win. Don't be surprised when Fairview is at the top when all is said and done.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! ok let's look back at recent games between Lewis and Fairview. 2007 19-7 lewis 2006 8-7 Lewis (1st round of the playoffs) 2005 didn't play 2004 21-7 Fairview Looks to me if we add up points over the last 3 times these teams have met that Fairview has actually outscored Lewis Co. by a point. 35-34. Bob do some research before you get on here and post. Plus it's only logical to think that if Hickman is your only test and they only beat Fairview by 1 point that Fairview will also be a test. Oh and believe me Fairview is ready to rock and roll. I can't wait for Fairview to put a beat down on you guys. Believe me that Fairview defense is tough and they're going to hit you in the mouth every play. It's going to be fun.

Man Bob, maybe you don't remember last year. I believe it was 7 to 7 at half time and if it wasn't for a couple of bad plays by Fairview late in the game, Fairview might have won that game. Ok so you don't make much sense at all. Fairview's defense will hit you everyplay and if you don't think so just ask Hickman county. Believe me your panthers are going to have a hard time moving the ball much less scoring. Who cares how far our db's play off the ball, it's not like you guys are going to throw the ball. As for the Fairview offense, it looked pretty dang good lastweek. They put up 34 points against a 3A team that will make the playoffs. hmm let's see you guys put up 21 on a Richland team that will not make the playoffs. Fairview's offense is getting better and they should win tonight. Maybe you guys from LC need to work on your offense a little bit because the Fairview defense is playing the best ball I've seen in the last 6 or 7 years. In the last 6 quarters the defense has not given up a point and that's pretty impressive when you're playing a team like Hickman Co. After seeing both teams play ( page on film and fairview in person) this game is going to come down to a few things. Can fairview cover the pass. fairview has had trouble in the past covering the pass and with page spreading the field with 4 and 5 wrs. there could be some open recievers. Can page play with fairview up front. in page's scrimage vs bga their oline struggled at times. fairview has a strong line and should be able to put pressure on page's qb. Fairview's oline should be able to dominate the game the triple option will work very well against page's defense. a few players to watch for on fairivew's side are fb/lb clay stevens, rb/lb terrance payne, qb/fs ben johnson, and ol/dl jareth baldwin. Well first off lets look at the one opponent that fairview and LC played. Hickman County. While the season was young, i believe that LC only won 14-7. Fairview played them a few weeks later and won 28-21. Looks pretty even to me. I know that Fairview has looked bad in there 2 losses but they are still a pretty good team. The last time that Fairview and LC met was a great game with Fairview winning 21-7. LC offense hasn't changed very much from then. we stopped it then and i believe we will stop it again. Fairview has a very good chance of winning this game as long as they play mistake free. Fairview also has the edge in the kicking game in what i think will be a low scoring game. i will say Fairview 17 Lewis Co. 10

ok i can't even pretend anymore. i'm going to go out on a limb and say that fairview wins out the regular season and then goes to a 3rd round match up with GP. which will be a very close game. i know cpa is tough but so is fairview. plus cpa has to travel to fairview. plus fairview has the best kicker in the state. if fairview keeps playin smart you had better look out for them later on when most teams are at home. fairivew wins this one 32-10

i just don't think that fairview can play as good as they did last week. tico beat fairview last year basically by himself and i don't think that fairview's heads will be in this game.

well fairview's kicker hit a 54 yarder last week vs. spring hill.

Last year left a bad taste in fairview's mouth. a taste that has been there ever since we handed dca the ball last year and let them win. i promise you this will not be the case this year. i say fairview wins this one big time 31-13

Yeah so i guess that Spring Hill brought their jv team tonight because to be as good as they are the couldn't have been on the field tonight. I guess Spring Hill wanted to rest their starters for some real competition.

First off GP is the #1 team in 2A football. So if Spring Hill is as good as they are well i hope that Fairview doesn't give up 100 points against your awesome running attack, then get burned deep by your dismantling air attack. Well i guess that since you compare very similar to GP then you will have no problem ruining Fairview's homecoming. first off fairview is going to win this game. im not sure of the score but they will win. secondly ask goodepasture how they felt after the game last year. yeah they won but they took a beating. ask the qb. fairview hits hard and isn't scared at all. fairview played with goodepasture last year and the game was much closer than what the score said. one thing to watch for is if gp can defend the pass. last year fv was pretty much one deminsional, but this year they have a qb that can throw the ball down the field. it will be a good game but i see fairivew winning this one close.

i haven'r said much lately so i thought i would give you an opinion. i think fairview wins this one easily as long as they hold on to the ball. the defense is getting better each week and with cassidy back in the line up it could be a very long night for the bulldogs. i believe though that hickman co's defense could give fairview a bit of a test, but the question is can they stop the pass. fairview actually has a qb that can somewhat throw the ball and some good speed at wr. i don't really see this one being close. fairview 38 hickman co 6

You all are way wrong! I see Fairview pulling a huge upset against Harpeth in the first round. OK our first game against Harpeth was just bad but the last time we played them they only beat us by 12 and we had it down to 6 with 2 min. to go. We have got harpeth figured out. Curtis will play the best game of his life and score a season high 4 points. This game is going to be really close. I am going to say: Fairview 4 Harpeth 2 Harpeth misses a last second shot after Fairview does a great job of stalling the whole game. Plus #25 is going to be out for the season after the jump ball because Dustin Beard is going to come out of the stands and bust his kneecap with a crowbar. Good luck to both teams I just think that Fairview will be way to much for Harpeth. After we beat Harpeth I will get on here and tell you how the rest of the tourney will end up.

Your right, it was all a joke! Both of these girls are great basketball players and are leading this team with the type of play that is needed to win. In my first post I was just trying to motivate the girls against Harpeth. They both played very well and Fairview only lost by about 6. That is pretty good loosing to the number 3 team in AA. If I offended anybody I apologize. It was all done in fun.
