  1. No, this is the 3A championships. a close game but cut and dry, Fulton is a better team. They take home the rings this year, again. NOt saying that AE is not good, just Fulton has improved so much that AE will not see the same team they beat earlier this year. Congratulations to both teams on a very sucessfull year thumb AE - 6 Fulton - 8
  2. I can vouch for the region 2 teams... like you said - Fulton over Lenoir City AE over Seymour the reast - i dont know
  3. AE will redeme theirselves with a huge win over Seymour. The Eagles had a hard time stopping the pass against Kingston last friday. They will have no chance against AE's aireal onslaught. A good game but not enough for the Eagles... Seymour - 14 Austin East - 35 Go region 2 teams!!! (Fulton, AE)
  4. Wow, what happened AE? was UC that good of a team, or did yall just not play very well?
  5. Well, I dont know what UC brings to the board, but I know very well what AE brings... A good game....untill AE scores. Then UC can say bye bye to any chance what-so-ever. UGLY Union County - 6 Austin East - 56
  6. I think that Loudon had a very good team this year. Most everyone they played, it was a good game. They were good, just not good enough for a very, very hard region to play in... Good luck next year. And seniors, be proud, you did a heck-uv-a good job thumb
  7. I think we can all agree that chris's pride for his Falcons is amazing. Unfourtnatly, like most fans, their team wont go all the way. He just voices his opinions much, much more... Not hatin, just a realist...
  8. wow, that was one of the most childish things Ive seen on these boards lately. But he's right - All of the East Tenn teams (regions 1-4) are very strong, while most of the west teams (5-8) are not nearly as strong as the east teams. However, there are exceptions... Im sure that the west will produce a couple of good teams that will compete, unfourtanatly, they have no chance against the strong east Tenn teams (ie. Fulton, AE)
  9. oh man, i couldnt beleive it. I saw that play in my dreams for at least a week...
  10. What are you thinking about this game? Kingston lost to Seymour last year in the first round. Man what a game - oh well, back to topic... Kingston lost by a last second feild goal and they are looking for revenge. How far can they go?
  11. all of his posts (chrisburr) are insane lately. Dont pay any anntetion to them. He havein scores like 99-98 and 9 overtimes. I think he is either laughin his butt off because it, or he is smokin some serious weed
  12. Hopefully when that redo the regions and all that crap this year, this will be fixed, otherwise, there need to be bowl game like someone said before...
  13. Oh my god, again with 9 over times. I really hope that your jokin with all of these polls. Man what a waste of time...
  14. Geez, Chris. We all know that you love the falcons, but you are going overboard this time and no one is going to take this prediction of yours seriously. Oh yea, whats up with all the overtime games? I highly doubt that that many games will have overtimes...
  15. Nope Here it is: Region 1 1.Sullivan North 2.Seymour 3.Pigeon Forge 4.Union Co. Region 2 1. Austin East 2. Fulton 3. Kingston 4. Lenoir City Region 3 1.Walker Valley 2.Grundy Co. 3.Howard 4.McMinn Central Region 4 1.Smith Co. 2.Livingston Aca. 3.Portland 4.Trousdale Co. Region 5 1.Greenbrier 2.Page 3.Marshall Co. 4.Montgomery Central Region 6 1.J. South Side 2.Lexington 3.Crockett Co. 4.McNairy Central Region 7 1.Covington 2.Ripley 3.Brighton 4.Dyer Co. Region 8 1.Kingsbury 2.Raleigh Egypt 3.Trezevant 4.Frayser
  16. wow, that would be nice. I hate to see when the other team has the ball and just sits on it for like 30-45 seconds and the refs do nothing about it. Im all for it!!!
  17. Well, in theroy, LC scores in over time and then LC fumbles/intercepts and run it back for a TD, thus 13-0 Only because Loudon lose starters, they will los this one. Loudon - 13 Lenoir City - 28
  18. I dont know if you were out on the playin field like me or not, but 90% of the trash talk out there was from you guys. I cant beleive that you coach allows you to talk like that on the field.Getting up in Chads face and calling him out wasnt the most sportsmanlike thing to do either...
  19. Yes, if we can play together and play smart, we can beat the Falcons. However, it will be a hard fight. OIne thing that I think will play a major role in the game is the ref's. After last night's display of fighting (or whatever it was) the ref's will be looking hard to see anyone that they can toss. A win over AE next week would be awesome, and also the hardest game we will play all year... but thats next week, we'll worry about that later...
  20. wow, thats a lot of smack talk for a team thats 1-4 in the region. Not to mention your playing the #1 team in the region right now...
  21. They do right now. The record i showed was after that particular game was played.
  22. Im still lookin at: Austin East Fulton Kingston Anderson County My Thinking: Week 9 AE (6-0) over Scott (1-5) Gibbs (3-3) over Loudon (1-5) Anderson County (3-3) over Lenoir City (2-4) (This game is for 4th place in the region) Kingston (5-1) over Fulton (3-3) (This game is for 2nd place in the region) Week 10 Austin East (7-0) over Kingston (5-2) Fulton (4-3) over Gibbs (3-4) Anderson County (4-3) over Scott (1-6) Lenoir City (3-4) over Loudon (1-6) Putting the region at: 1. Austin East 2. Kingston 3. Fulton 4. Anderson County Thoughts?
  23. Somehow, I think that maybe a problem only for a select few teams. Most star athletes dont do that, or at least refrain from doing it in the season. Anyways, you have to have trust and confidence that they will act responsible on that Friday befor the game. I think it is a good idea. Heck, you could even get together early (1 or so) have lunch, watch film and go over stuff or whatever, eat pre-game meal, and then play some great football...
  24. This game could be the one to see who's goes to the playoffs. I dont think it will, but we'll see. Fulton - 28 Gibbs - 14
  25. Oh, ok, I remember now. Wow, I hadnt realized that he had played for Loudon, When did he Graduate?
