Brentwood Academy also did not have 3 starters and about 5 key men off the bench. The players they did have only one other than Brandan and Josh will even see the floor a little this season. I believe that with the full line up of: 1. Bill Kottas 2. Josh Bone 3. John Garrett 4. Brian Wright or Brandon Brown 5. Brandan Wright Off the Bench: Michael Beasley Jacob Stallings (played vs. Antioch) Brandon Brown or Brian Wright Chris Besch Brentwood Academy is the best team in this area for sure if not the state.

Joshua Bone from Brentwood Academy could have a excellent season with all the focus on Wright. The last time I saw him he looked like he was getting stronger in all aspects of his game. Of course were looking at BA taking there 4th straight state title.

Nate might have got a starting role this year but in all honesty Brandan Wright's little brother Brian would start over him in the post.... Nate can tend to get in a lot of foul trouble but can shine at a small school.... the teams that BA plays would not be the fit for Cass...

Coming from BA I can say that the team does not lack a burning desire... and by the way do not make us start talking about basketball because TC is not better at basketball... there is no way that he is i have seen him play both sports and football is his better hand... I wish that BA basketball played Ravenwood Basketball's team and all the other WilCo teams because they all think that they can contend with the BA boys... especially Franklin last year... but back to football... BA's fans are coming out friday night with full force and will have Mr. Jennings a little rattled... Jennings and Marshall being ex-ba football players will get it all night long from the BA student section... Wes are you going to make it to any games this year? (Football or Basketball)

Im looking for BA to pull off the win... with talented corners to shut down the ravenwood spread offense.... TC Jennings will get pressure sent his way... BA has switched defenses this year from the 50 to the 4-3... Tyree and Ryan will bring a solid running attack and along with Tremayne Townsend playing some running back but also being a shutdown corner... Ravenwood defense better show up or this will be a big win for BA...

Personally i think that the way BA has to play the 2nd best team in state for Division II in the Semifinals i think that is bogus. Who ever wins that game my prediciton wins the championship. Although the Wright/Bone duo is amazing... the Plavich/Adams duo is quite good also. I say Ba wins by 7 against Baylor in the Semi's and matches up against Briarcrest in the finals and wins that by 12. Lets get some more predictions about the tourny

By the way to all the Topper fans out there where were yall when Brentwood Academy came and beat yall by about 20. The Mustache Mafia comes out with force. The Mafia is so powerful we got an article in the Tennessean. To all the Johnson City people way in east TN, do you want Coach Pitts back or what. He is an awesome coach who turned around BA's program in the WRIGHT direction with WRIGHT and BONE.

Notre Dame just because your team has not won the state championship the last two years you do not have to be so angry.... BA had the pleasure to get Brandan Wright do not be jealous.... and you would never know what BA would be like without Brandan here for the last 3 years... some other players are Brian Wright, John Garrett, Barry Turner, Bill Kottas..... we have players that could start on your team

What about Coach Pitts from Brentwood Academy.... going for his 3rd State Championship in a row.... I know that Division II is not the strongest but Brentwood Academy has not lost in the state of TN yet.... Thats is just my opinion

BA will win this one.... but the key is that Brentwood Academy give the ball to Brandan Wright.... if they do that it will not be close.... no one in Tennessee can shut down Brandan..... BA- 66 BGA- 50

wes its nathan ring..... i was at the game in california.... the main thing that hurt us was 21 turnovers.... brandan did not get the ball enough in the first half which also hurt us.... to stick with a team of that caliber even though we should of won was a honor.... and by the way i was looking at the program and we are the only TN team to ever play in the Nike Extravaganza..... its been going on for 10 years.... i do not see any of the west memphis teams getting invited to these big tourneys.... i did see the tn today and that is absolutley wrong.... just a little knowledge on the actual game in california

Varsity came out looking sharp tonight vs Lausanne. Brandan contributed with 25 points and John Garrett and Joshua Bone had 14 each. It is great to see Josh back to full strength and will contribute big time this season. BA will be 4-0 after these next three games.

all i have to say is this Tyler Griffen is the Hardest hitter in the state of Tn.... if anyone comes to any BA games this year be watching out for #2 coming out of no where making sick hits

One person who impressed me most when I was watching the 40 times was Bill Kottas.... a sophomore who will be getting some pt at wide reciever this year and he ran a 4.52 40 if im not mistaken.
