Union City has already beaten Fayette Ware. They completely dominated the game until the very end of the game. They let them back into the game and lost by a point or two. I think UC will struggle with D-burg and handle Martin. But two more wins for the Tornadoes are still two more wins.

Union City wins big. Crockett Co. made a late push to try and come back from a 30 point defecit, but couldn't. Weddle played plenty of minutes tonight, Coby didn't dress.

Injuries that were deemed too risky to play in a game such as Dyer Co. Coby started and reaggrivated an injury makin and under the basket layup right off the bat and then him and weddle sat next to the Siscos for the rest of the night. I think they might've played had it been a team like Westview, but Xavier was still under the basket to shut the game down. Twisters still had 7 three's.

Weddle and Coby didn't see any action tonight. The young guys played well fillin in.

That's an impressive showing against some impressive teams. They need to get a little more balanced on the offensive end.

Weddle scored 34 of their 48 points in their only loss to the team from Arkansas. He scored a game high 28 in the last game. Coby wasn't mentioned for scoring an excessive amount of points, but I'm sure he still ran the offense and played defense as well as he usually does.

Someone had defend the team. I'd be happy to tell you my name, football number, cleat size, practice jersey number or whatever you want if you think a guy on that team would embarrassed to play for UC.

Union City plays a song not many other gyms play. They play "It's 'Bout Go Down" by Pastor Troy. It serves as a warning to the visitors because if you've seen the Tornadoes play, you know it really is bout to go down.

No football player should be embarrassed by the team he plays for, they work twice as hard than any other athlete. The weird thing is, a football player works much harder for a 3-7 record than a .500 record in any other sport. I've NEVER been embarrassed to be a Golden Tornado. We were a well respected team in 7-2A for the way we got after teams. Every game was a fight, we just ended up with the short end of the stick. We got beat up in the Huntingon game, but if you watch the films, that was one of the hardest hitting games on both sides this year. There will be much to look forward to next year.

Should UC be higher the way they've scored and rolled over teams?

Union City has a bucketload of seniors this year (around 20), and returns almost all their starters. They lost 5 on offense and 4 on defense with an all region defensive back/punter and a 2nd team all region running back and a 2nd team receiver.

Does anyone have any stats on the returning players for Hampton's 2005 football team. How many seniors and leading rushers, reciever, tacklers, etc.

Union City could possibly be in the top three teams in the state, regardless of class. They are very small, but noone seems to be able to match the firepower, suffocating defense, and speed. I would love to see the team that could go basket for basket with them.
