Cat, he wasn't all that hurt...we watched him in person. He was ok. He is a trooper though and deserving of all and any accolades he receives. I sure would have enjoyed watching Zach as an All State wide receiver...but we were all robbed of that.

That's a nice list PHS. I'd say just take Central, Maryville and Powell's starters and make up some 1st, 2nd and 3rd string teams out of the 3. There'd be some West kids in their and Hightower from LC too. Lucas from Halls would be on the bubble...

That post is just garbage. Nothing wrong is going on at Alcoa. Why do people start crap like that? Alcoa is good because of hard work. As coach has mentioned in many articles, the kids didn't wanna buy into the hard work thing at first, but now they see the benefits. Bravo Tornadoes!! As a reminder to everyone...from the very short list of teams that have gotten past MHS in the playoffs in the past 10 years, NONE of them have brought home a gold ball. Sobering facts... I wish any team that finds the luck to get past MHS the best of luck going forward. I wanna see an all East championship again, regardless of Friday's outcome. Gotta get past the Rebs first though....
