Playoffs? Most Definitely. Blue Cross Bowl? I think they can POSSIBLY get to the final 4 but beating Hampton isn't going to be easy. Neither would be defeating South Pitt and/or FCS. But it is possible Coalfield can go to the BCB. Look at Livingston Academy last year. Finished 4th in their region yet won state. So anything is possible.

I wouldn't count the chickens before they hatch here. Keep in mind that Sunbright has yet to play the toughest teams in the region. They have yet to play Coalfield, Harriman, Midway, and Oneida. We'll see in a few weeks exactly how good Sunbright is.

I don't deny they haven't put a complete game together, but if Coalfield puts together a complete game, this COULD get very ugly. Same goes for Midway too.

If Adam Townsend can do SOOO much, then why does Hampton even have a team? From what we're being told to believe he pretty much does EVERYTHING for them. My vote is a longshot, but I think BD from Coalfield has a legit shot at Mr. Football because he has only gotten better and better each week.
