  1. Finally someone puts a realistic quote. Both teams are good. Maryville may have the better team, but Rhea is not to be overlooked.
  2. Rhea County had a very off game against Cleveland. And I will admit that I left te game saying that there was no possible way that Rhea County could beat Marryville. But I belive I was wrong in thinking that. I think Marryville will overlook Rhea because of their record and games in the past, just like it seems you are doing. We are in the playoffs now previous records no longer matter. One loss is all it takes to be sitting at home on the couch next Friday. And as far as the "emotional rollercoaster" I would like to know what you are talking about.
  3. Rhea County will be ready to play football against MARYVILLE. And Maryville better hope they are ready to play RHEA COUNTY. If Marryville is looking ahead to another team, they might want to focus on Rhea or they will be sitting at home talking about how the should have.
  4. Hammondtree is one of the best mativational speakers, coaches, and all around good guys I have ever seen. That is what Rhea County needs to beat Maryville. Having been sent home from the playoffs twice by Maryville, I know that most teams are defeated before they even set a foot onto the field when playing the Rebels. But not this time. Hammondtree is going to have those players so fired up that they won't have time to second guess themselves. Maryville is one of the best high school football programs I have ever seen, but I think their hot streak in the playoffs will end this year with a loss to Rhea County. Rhea county wins by 6.
  5. If any Region 4 4A team makes it through the first round of the play offs, it will be Rhea County in the biggest upset in years. Rhea has got a great chance of knocking Marryville out.
  6. Obviously you have no idea what you are talking about. When a Ref throws a flag and then picks it up and puts it back in his pocket without waving it off, it can change the game.(Which happened more then once.) 3 touchdowns being called back can also change the game. So yeah refs can definitely change the outcome and also the momentum of a game. So think about what your saying before running that mouth.
  7. They did play Rhea a lot closer than I thought, but they had a little help from the men in stripes.
  8. Here's a realistic post. Rhea 27 Central 10 CEntral will not be able to play with Rhea County.
  9. Central has no chance of stopping Rhea's ground attack. Rhea will have close to 250 yards on the ground alone. Not including the 250 that they will get through the air.
  10. UNDERRATED! They shouldn't even be mentioned in rankings. The Pounders will be lucky if they stay within 12 points of Rhea.
  11. Yeah I can read, and I can also guarantee a loss for the Blue Raiders when the Eagles fly over to Cleveland.
  12. You might want to check your facts. The top 4 go to play-offs the region is still wide open. But Rhea will have a win this week. I believe they realize that it is time to play hardcore football for 4 quarters and not just the first 2 or the second 2. Rhea will play an entire game this week and Central will have a hard time keeping up. Oh, and by the way B. Hayes is very overrated. Rhea's runningbacks will show everyone how good he really is.
  13. Senior Josh Miller at Rhea County can play with the best. He rushed for 177 yds on 15 carr Friday night, and over 200 yards as a junior.
  14. Rhea County's fullback Josh Miller, had 15 carries for 177 yards and 1 TD. That is a pretty good performance. Especially for a fullback.
  15. So you think Soddy Daisy is no good. Rhea is by far the best team in the region. They might lose 1 region game at the very most.
