Oak Ridge, congratulations, as much as i wish it had been us playing in the semi's, you guys represented east tennessee well. The only way to beat riverdale is to throw on them, their run defense is to superior to be cracked...the only team that could of had a chance of beating them was Dobyns-Bennett because they are the only team that threw the ball like that, however, Oak ridge would be second in line, and now that they have beat us, they have something to prove, the wildcats sure oppened up their pass game last week, and i think that tey can knock them off....good luck to both sides, but im rooting for the wildcats...i never thought id say that....good luck guys...

Maryville will absolutely dominate THS, the vikings are too noe dimensional, and they almost got eliminated in round one...These are two teams going in totally opposite directions in the playoffs...THS, you have had a great year, bu8t are living of your "National Championship" back 40 years ago...the momentum cannot continue, Maryville's D wil shut down you feature backs...It will be close for two quarters, but Maryville runs away with it in the second half... Thanks to everyone who supported our dream this year...we had alot of critics against us, and we have overcome much adversity. WHen the season started, we had 3 team goals...1. Big East conference championship...2. 10-0 season...3. State Championship....we accompilshed 2 of 3, thats not too bad. It is ashame that it had to be cut short, but we played a very tough schedule in the playoffs, and we worked for every game we won. We gave it our all and held nothing back. Beating a talented Oak Ridge team TWICE in one season is no easy task, and they showed alot of heart. Congratulations Oak Ridge on the semifinal berth, if it couldn't be us, we are glad it is you...we all just hope that you can take it to riverdale and bring the championship back to the east. This classic rivalry between DB adn the cats will always be a game that carries alot of weight, It is something great to be a part of and it is aweome to play a team with as much class as Oak Ridge. congrats guys...Take it all the way
