LA plays york this friday night...will they be able to bounce back from a bad showin versus cookeville...??? whats your thoughts?

first i will say congrats to hill cause he shot the eyes out...but the game u are referinn to...i saw the little kid double dribble...it was pretty clear and the refs didnt calll anything....but i will give it to shelbyville..that one guy was 10 ft from the play and they called him on the foul and it was his fifth.....may have been a different game if that woundnt have happened... about the la game...before anyone gets on here talkin crap....i asure la played terrible last night...not takin anything away from cookeville, but i am just gonna say it wil be a different story next time...

the football boys are makin a smoother transaction than most expected....in two weeks la will be hard to handle... West is shootin spectacular....with great defense.... tyler livingston is a beast on the boards.... put that with cates, puckett, colson, and reeder....playin together....maybe state bound...since portland and hume fogg are down....\ Good Luck Hog-Eye

the shelbyville game the smith kid played terrible i thought...(from what i seen from him before)....he shot this one air ball inparticular that missed the goal 2 foot left ...not short or long....but left....but we will see...i think LA has cookevilles number on this one

i was at the game last night vs shelbyville and cookecille were lucky to get out with a win....it looked like all night they were in transition offense...that is until the last two min......i was wonderin why the hennigen kid didnt play more...or steerman....but anyways...you people are in for a rude awakenin if u think la is gettin beat...let alone by 20????? good post...their red zone defense is AWESOME>..... small, a bit slow, but strong and great tacklers....they dont miss tackles....they will probaly be a pushover for the falcons though...they are awesome they cant be beat....GET EM OWls

la is playin good right now...and hopefully to make things better, the football players are back, and they all will contribute to the team in various way.... cates- leader, ball handler, scorer puckett- defense, ball handler colson- intimidation scorer, rebounder reeder-scorer, rebounder whats cookeville got????

Pickett girls biggest problem is self disipline....they have a lot of talent....but they all have weak points, mostly mental though.... Sarah sells- has great speed, good defense, and good ball handlin...but she gets angry when she gets a foul called on her or makes a turnover...its one thing to get upset, quite another to get plum mad....chill out and play ball Mason- great use of both hands, leader on the court, good moves down low....but if she misses a little shot she gets to where she timid to take that shot again...fire that thing Lindy.. Garner- good shooter, good ball handler, bad shoe strings....she was more worried bout those gettin tied then the game...she would be much better if she were more vocal... Garrett- good shot, good moves, good everything , she just has to keep her head...much like the mason girl.... GOOD LUCK THIS YEAR...... thumb

i guess we will see in bout four years....thats about the time i will win my first state title...

well, i will say this...dont come in to this game thinkin SC is like Macon last year..they were a cinderella team....the owls are the real deal...as were the wildcats...the owls were just a better team on that night.....SC guys will stop you around the corners and the middle will be jammed all night...your in for a rude awakening my friend....the owls are gonna soar!!!!

speaking of corey brewer...does anyone besides me remember when that 6'1 kid from livingston crammed one over him at sparta in the region tourney 2 years ago.... it was AWESOME BABY

well from what i understand LA played GC tough for a while but couldnt never get ahead much.... i am proud of them....they lost 4 starters from last year....and i think GC lost one, and they just beat LA by ten....And GC i knowed played good...LA must have cause they had 65 pts....but if we make it to state i would like to see rd 3 GC vs LA

gonna be a battle for la tuesday night.... none of the football players will be playin....bailey is back from last year...good player, but besides he and mason...i dont think they are that good.... la has west....matthews and livingston....should be a good game...
