I would have to go with Ripley on this one. I thought they would be at the bottom of this region starting out ,but I was very wrong watched them play Dyersburg and was impressed with there defensive skills. Taylor and Macalrath or big time players with a great upside. I don't think these two played last year in this contest.

Two wrongs don't make a right. The AD should have stopped that before it even happened . It is embarassing to see that even know I am a Covington fan. Should be a great game Covington wants that Reg title.

What do you think about tonites game?

I have seen the Haywood coach. Is the Ripley coach just that way always talking to the umps. Back to that call I think it was a big call at that time score 3-2 with two outs and if I'm mistaken it lead to 3 more runs because the umps or ump was not looking at the base

RB Question Whos call was it when the kid from USJ was tagging @ third against Ripley? Both of ya'll were looking at the ball being caught and not the runner he left way too early. And why does JM I think thats his name hates the Ripley coach every game I 've seen two this year and one last year he goes to dugout and points his finger at him and calls him names like fatboy.

Well if that is the case USJ should be in that classification because the two players were going to school for free. Right!

Why aren't they in the private division? What's the difference? Aren't they a private school.

It's just preseason dude Geno will tell you wait til it counts and see what happens. I can remember two years ago when we played Bartlett and all we heard how good ya'll was but when it counted WHO WON?

What's the deal going on in Ripley? I heard ten different storys .Does anyone know anything ? Someone said it is the baseball program then I heard it was the football program. ??????

This really happened ?I know We have a big rival with Ripley but we would not go to this extreme. That is teaching these kids the wrong message. Sounds like this kid should play football or box other than baseball a non contact sport.

Let the teams that are good this year enjoy it.

I'm not on here to bash him . I would just like to know the theory behind the full shift. I think he prepares better than any I have seen coach but to make that mistake twice is not good.

What do you all think about the coaching last night or the coach why would any coach in the bottom of the seventh inning(tie game 4 to 4 )keep his outfielders shifted like he did we had our left fielder playing center with a man on third base and the ball was hit straight to the left field line. Great piece of hitting but why would you keep the shift on? The last two times we have played Ripley Geno kept the outfield shifted and it cost us in both games.

I won't run my mouth like I did against Ripley , because it came back to bite me in the butt . I do think Covington will win I haven't seen Dyer play this year It's just gonna be hard to beat us now that we lost two in a row to Ripley. By losing to Ripley might just be the best thing that could have happen to us to bring us back down to reality. Covington 5 Dyer C. 1

I will have to say MY Hats off to Ripley these guys were down both games and came back just like you would want them to showed alot of heart and determination and good sportsmenship we should meet again maybe twice this season. The only thing Ididn't agree with is the tourn player I think by stats and all around play Gunner should have took this award but there is always next time. Good luck to Ripley and hopefully we meet another two times this year.

I be there and the fat lady won't . maybe I'll pay her way in the second game as long as she don't bring any little babies I can't afford to pay for a child that does not even know what is going on We didn't charge for little kids to get in. Well it's been fun, but we'll put a end to it tonite. just like last night we know how to win.

It aint over till the fat lady sings. She aint even gargeled yet. I can't beleive Ripley would charge $5 for a two year old kid to get into a game. Just wait and see what we are made of. I didn't make to the game but my wife did she said we made too many mistakes I don't think we have anything to worry about these guys have battled back all season.
