I got somebody who nobody has named yet...Vincent Yarbrough...I know he was a wash in the NBA but he had a good career at Tennessee, and you can argue that he is one the best players while in high school that the state of TN has had. Dominated!!!

Cleveland High School has had a lot of unbelievable players come through there...I cant think of them all but I know there are a lot...Along with Bradley Central, the crosstown rival...

Just to make an interesting topic I wanted to see what everyone's opinions are on who they would pick for thier top 5-10 players to step on the floor for thier respected high school basketball team. I know there are some schools to bring a lot of great players through thier school, but what school would have the best team if they combined the best players of the last 20 years or so on their team.

And you are an idiot, because if you would think for just one minute you would also see the WAR before the word eagle which is Auburn Tigers other mascot...If you know anything about sports you would know that WAR EAGLE is Auburn...

Harlow and Insell together is truly the best coaching staff in the state...Bradley probably made their biggest mistake by getting rid of one of the top coaches around...To bad parents these days don't like for a coach to get on thier kids...I know if I had a chance for my daughter to play for Harlow or Insell, I would do it...Bradley Central parents are crazy for running off Harlow!!!

Dyersberg, Westview, AE, Chester, and Cheatham will definitely be top 5

I dont understand how you all are leaving out Shelbyville...If you don't think they will miss state tourny 2 years straight you need to check the history over there because your crazy if you believe that...Coach Insell will get 1 or 2 new players over there along with the upcoming freshman they suppose to have and then you add the players they keep from last year, I believe they can not just get there, but win it all...I believe Shelbyville, MJ, and Columbia will be the best 3 teams in the state next year...

whoa whoa whoa buddy...Please dont be talking like WV has arrived to the big show now...I beleive Mcminn Central has been to the state tourny something like 2 or 3 times out of the last 5 years and has played in a substate game 4 out of the last 5 years...yeah I know you are happy that WV is hosting and playing in a substate game, but dont get on here and start talking...Thats one reason why many people dont like WV and dont want to see them win because they end up talking so much stuff afterwards...Until you win Monday and make it to state, dont be on here talking about Mcminn Central...

I second that...Ill take Hillsboro with 25...I will also take Cleveland with 10...And Cumberland County will not lose by 25 either...And I will also take 30 and Franklin...These are substate games man I dont believe you are going to see to many BLOWOUTS...There might end up being one or possible two, but dont bank on it...

Yeah the Memphis AA teams aren't bad at all, as matter of fact they are really good...Just like any Memphis team would be no matter what the classification is...But I am referring to what you said about region 3 being the best and most exciting in the state... (excluding memphis) If your correct and it is the most exciting and best, then TN basketball is only good in AAA or in Memphis...I haven't watched to many AA teams play this year, but after watching the games I watched the other night, I know why I dont go to watch...There is just a huge drop off in talent and in good teams when you go from AAA to AA IN EAST AND MIDDLE TN...So once again you may be right about it being the best region around, but man I sure hope not...

Showtime7, I know this sounds rediculous and you might think I am an idiot, but I am calling it now that Mt. Juliet will get upset and not win the state championship...I honestly think they will get knocked off in the second round of state if not before that...It's just always seems to be bad luck win you have an undefeated team come tourny time...It would be great to see it happen, but I am calling it now, it wont!

I dont know because I hate watching AA basketball in this area...Its pathetic...But I will tell you this, if there isnt any better region in AA besides Memphis, then TN basketball is in trouble...

Who in the world are you kidding? That district/region has got to be the worse basketball I have seen in a long time...Who is any good thats left playing? The best team was Mcminn Central and they got knocked off...Comon guys lets be serious...Both girls and boys teams are not any good at all...Meigs you say deserves a shot at state? Well whatever you want to call it but you cant make as strong as a case with Bradley becasue over the years of their home winning streak they haven't lost to many away games...And I have heard a WHOLE lot more complaints about Cumberland than Bradley...But whatever you feel is necessary to say...

Exactly...You said it right...its tourny time and ANYTHING can happen and if you dont believe that, then just take a look at this region...I would have never of dreamed Bradley would have lost to Red Bank...UPSETS happen EVERY year and I wouldn't be surprised to see a couple more upsets in this region tourny and one being the Bradley Bearettes winning in the next round...If Pickel and Jackson are on and they have just one other girl getting 8-10 points, then dont be to shocked if they beat Cleveland...

Just in case you dont know anything about Cumberland County and it dont seem like you do, they are not going to lose at Cumberland to a team like Soddy...Not that it cant happen, but it wont happen because if history repeats itself then you are going to see why people complain about the refs because its the region tourny and they are not going to let the jets lose at cumberland

Congradulations to the Red Bank Lions! That alone may have been your biggest win in 4-5 years and I want to compliment the coach and the players on being ready to play and stepping up to the challenge of beating Bradley... To everybody else on here who loves to make comments such as Bradley was overrated and they stink and things like that...Really you don't have much of a clue...It's called UPSET, and its March Madness...It happens every year even in the NCAA Tournament...If you know basketball then you know things like this happen every year...It doesn't mean Bradley stinks, and it doesn't mean they were overrated...To me it means they over looked Red Bank and wasn't prepared to play...Just because you get upset does not mean you stink though and I want to also congradulate the Bears on a great season and tough luck on the lost...

Atn, I really dont know who you think you are, but the more you post about Bradley should be dissappointed about their atheletics is making you look like a total idiot...Why in the h e l l would you even think about saying something about the boys basketball team? Yeah I will tell you this, over the past 4-5 years they are dissappointed for making the state tourny 4 out of 5 years and not winning it all...But those are the players and coaches who are dissappointed...It would be a shame if anybody in the public or anybody else to be dissappointed...If being something like 126-12 over the past 3 + years is something to be ashamed of then you got problems...Maybe its Bradley just has had a real good team when everybody else has had good teams and they just havnt been fortunate enough to win it all...They boys team alone last year beat the Alabama 6AAAAAA State Champions John Carrol High School and the 3AAA TN state champions White Station...They have had great teams, but I guess you only see the State Championship and if they dont win that, they are no good...And about the girls...It doesn't take a genious to know the girls teams havn't been to good over the past years, but I think EVERY school and team at any level goes through droughts...Last year everybody including you ATN were saying Bradley girls have no chance, BUT they shocked everbody by beating Cleveland in the Region Semi's and ended up winning the regoin and had a chance to Win at home in the Substate game to go to state...Bradley Girls ALL know that if they win tonight against Rhea in the play-in game, that the season is all brand new...Its a whole different season come tourny time and I hope to see the Bearettes do exactly what they did last year, but this time keep shocking people and get to state...The odds are that they WONT do it, but who's to say they can't???? ATN, just worry about Walker Valley or Cleveland, since you are a fan of one the other, because It's good being on the Bradley side and having everybody else hate you because they want to just taste the success Bradley has been apart of...Don't jump all over us now that we are struggling, because we will find a way to get back on top, and untill you win a state championship over there at the Valley, keep your dang mouth shut!

Walker Valley? Are you serious? They may be a good team around the area they are from, but lets all be for real... They play NOBODY!!! They will get there if things go the way there suppose to, but when they play a team thats worth a crap, they will not win...
