Happy Valley has to find an offense if they want to win any more games this year. Fleenor is a good quarterback i cant figure what is wrong right now. I agree with coachh17 about the outstanding effort of linebacker Nick Jenkins, he was VERY impressive on the field. Seems to really have a head for the game. I'm not sure what that says about HV when there best effort came from a Senior transfer player who learned all he knows from being in the Elizabethton football program. Come on HV, get with it. I'm not so sure after seeing last nights game that HV can play in this league. I do agree that it says alot when HV's best player on the field learned how to play being in the Elizabethton program. Good job Cyclones get back to work this week, Greeneville's coming to town and is probably the best team that you've played yet.

They had a decent showing at 7 on 7 but of course things can change when there's a possibility of getting hit. If they can play that way in actual games, they should have a decent year. Elizabethton had a great scrimmage against South tonight. If they play like that all year they could have a great year.

I was talking about the refs feeding info to the coaches. I was also there, I did see 1 of the facemask calls and some holding. But honestly holding can be called in high school on both teams on almost ever play. I do agree with you on the ball being moved after the measurement that was bad. I am glad also that the game wasn't decided by the officials after a good effort from both sides. By the way, horsecollaring is not a penalty in high school and college yet. Only in the NFL. I would look for it to be soon though thats the way it usually happens. First banned in the pros, then in college and the down to high school.
