I think the fact the Falcons lost their first 3 games of the season made many wonder if the "streak" of state title appearances was going to finally come to the end. Well, the Falcons are back and playing championship caliber ball, like usual. The last 2 weeks we've knocked off the #1 and #2 ranked 3A teams in the state in Catholic and Carter, handily and both in hostile environments. This team still has a ton of talent, speed, and athleticism on both sides of the ball. Fact is, the seniors on this team have been to Murfreesboro EVERY year they've played at Fulton High School. Better believe they'll bring their A game Friday night. If Fulton plays their game, I don't see anyone beating them the rest of the year. This is just a completely different team than earlier in the year. Watch out, it could be a three-peat ladies and gentlemen. I've also talked to people. Yea he gave academics as one reason. But the main reason he quit was over playing time. I could understand that, he didnt get to play much, but when I heard that he hardly ever was at practice, then if you ask he played more than he should have. Good to see him sign with Carson Newman thou....I'll enjoy going to school with him and hopefully being on the field with him

anyone hear the news? I could be wrong but rumor is that E. Bishop quit the basketball team. I really dont blame him, Jody was not playing him hardly at all and the boy should have been starting. No one can jump with the kid or block his shot and he was a force on the boards, if he did quit that is really going to hurt the team down the road here coming up in playoffs. Jody always does someone wrong every year. Last kid to get done wrong was Dusty Hinshaw, I know ppl remember him, the white boy with handles, but Thomas Moore started over him, and he couldnt hold Dusty's jockstrap....now he ran Elliot off, when is he going to start getting some sense?

WHHS 1975, I'm assuming you are a White House fan, so what exactly are you doing on this particular thread? Anyways, if you are with White House, it's not smart to start stuff already. Fulton has a lot of talent returning next year and will definitely be the favorite to get that third straight title. So yours is coming.

You all take things to the extreme. That is one player. He is 6 foot, not that tall considering I'm 6'2. He weighs 265, big woop, he is just a sophmore and most tackles in college and pros are well over 300. He runs a 4.7, so he has some speed, that dont make him "NFL" or what ever stupid crap you all are saying. He is in high school and young just like every other player. We try to give some of our boys some credit and it comes across as something stupid like "they should be in the NFL" or something stupid like that. Grow up guys, we are just stating what we think about them. We have 3 boys on our team that I feel as if have a real good shot at a DI school. Bishop, Cobb, and Hamiltion. If that makes them "pros" then just get over it

Who is talking about class anyways? I'll be saying the same thing to you when you have to come back on here trashing our team like Smith County did, cause maybe we ran the score up or our signs or something, and his name is Tyronne, I just had a typo. Coming from a guy that played with him, was there when they timed him and wont lie about his size. Antonio Hamilton is 6 foot, 265 pounds and runs between a 4.65-4.7......he played linebacker last year and part of this year, so you know he has to be able to run, and if the guy blocking him is the size you all say he is, Antonio will eat him up, like everyone else he has done this year, outside of Smith County.....hard to do anything when they are so focused on him that they send 3 men at him every play, Keep your x-ing up Hamilton

Dont even get started on next year. Better soak this year up, at least you got us once this year. Fulton is going to be loaded next year and....nevermind I'm not going to waste my breathe on the losing side of the ball, I just hope Bishop puts it to you in basketball too, how sweet that would be. The only reason he didnt get even more yards last year was because he caught cramps in the middle of a long run, 2 of 'em that I remember. Tylonne nor B-Dub beat you guys last year, Tiptoe stole the show, so give the boy props for a change, dont hate on him cause he put an end to your season "Beep Beep"

Better root for Riverdale, thats your only prayer. East is bringing back the west. Greenbrier is going to get theirs. Go Fulton especially, along with Maryville and Alcoa

Got to throw Fulton in there for 3a. They start 7 out of 11 on defensive that are sophmores. Thats right sophmores. The two QB's are a junior and sophmore, 2 of the 3 RB's are junior and sophmore, Tyronne Cobb is a junior, enough said right there, only losing like 2 or 3 on defense period. Offensive line is real young with only losing one, they will have a real shot at Murfeesboro once again next year

Go back and look at last years stats in that playoff game, if I'm not wrong he had over 100 yards receiving, this year he had the game winning catch, I could be wrong but that might be doing something. The reply from Smith County fan, you are right, consider yourself having a good defensive game if you hold us under 30, you will have to outscore us. We have way too many weapons to shut us down, it wont happen. It might take a lil while, but we'll find your weakness, you think you are in the game and then a few minutes later you look and before you know it we have you by 2 touchdowns. The only thing that refers to our field is "game on the hill" referring to us and AE when we play. Its exactly what it says, up on a steep, steep bank that all the players run daily to stay in shape. But besides that, its just your normal field, I'm sure we'll have good ideas about it, hey it is right beside St. Mary's, maybe that can strike some ideas, I dont know, but thats Rocking chair for the post, and guess we will see you guys next year

Yeah, that would be awesome, talking about a game. A dynasty like Maryville playing an up and coming dynasty of Fulton. That would be awesome, I dont know about AE thou, they seem to be slipping a little bit after this year with McAllister, Harris, and Manefield gone. Hey, dont leave out the fact we won it last year, lol, that sounds better then us losing 2 years ago. Well go get 'em Maryville, most us fans will hang around a root for our fellow East Tennesseans, make sure you guys come early to help us. All these post and not one person mentioned Tronne Cobb, from Fulton who was getting looked at by UT his freshman year. Know of anyone else who was all state and well over 100 tackles in his freshman year. He keeps getting bigger and punishing other teams. Lindsey from Alcoa seems pretty tough as well

I'll be rooting for Maryville and I think I can speak for most of the Falcon fans when I say they will too. Maryville has shown us nothing but love, its too bad we dont see you all during the season, I dont know if we could pull it off, but we would definitely give you guys a hard fought game. Just think as good as this team is, we are dominantly sophmores. This team will not only get the job done again this year but for years to come. Ish is a junior, Jaren a sophmore, Rogan a sophmore, Hamilton a sophmore, Burnette a junior, Winters a sophmore, Cobb a junior, the list just keeps going, not to mention the freshmen coming up that are not in the picture yet. That freshman quarterback, not sure of his name, but if he can stay out of trouble, I hear good things about him. (I like how he got my bro the ball in J.V.)-ya'll know I had to put that in there.....but seriously, this really does have the making of like a 3A version of Maryville, really lookin' bright for us fans on "top of the hill". By the way, everyone seems to have some intimidating nickname for their field, we need to come up with some ideas for one. Like "da nest" or something, I know its weak, give me some ideas, Pigeon or KWalker, let's get it started

5a? Check the enrollment and know what you talking about. If your team was as good as you are at whining, you all wouldnt have a problem come this Saturday. But obviously they are not cause they will be on their couch watching us play. "Hoot Hoot"

33-7, I'm not a rocket scientist but seems like that is a little more than just couldnt close the deal, dont think? No, its more like you hung around for like 2 and 1/2 quarters and then we finally opened up the wound. You guys couldnt beat us again if you tried, you played as good as you could and still got wooped. Go down to 2a where you belong

You won all the other times because you didnt play us. Herdnon or who ever he is, says he runs a 4.6, considering our defensive ends, linebackers and corners all run that or better (most,better), doesnt sound like we will have that hard of a time with him. Our corners which are our wide recievers are good (so you have heard from other teams) so I'm not worried about that either. The only reason SC even scored was because of a mix up between safety and corner. If Fulton plays their game, no one can beat them. Yea Yea Yea, we lost 2 I know. But early in the seaon. We have had so many changes since then, we are not the same team since we lost. After you play us you will ask your self one question "How did they lose a game", because it wont be this one.
