This is a little off topic but my roomate here at UTC is Vic Taylor, I hear he was a pretty good athlete there at Brainerd a couple years ago, he played basketball and football. Does anyone know him?

Has anyone heard of Halsey Bishop from Tullahoma? He's beat like everyone in our district 8-0, and I heard he's ranked 8th in the state from USTA. I've played him and he's a pretty good player just wondering if anyone's heard anything about this guy.

It seems like there just isn't a lot of interest in tennis. I don't understand why, because it's such a fun game. I've done track and soccer in the Spring and I am playing tennis this year. It is by far the most exciting sport I've played in the Spring. I just wanted some input on why tennis isn't more popular.

I'm from Columbia and our record is 3-1. We've beaten Lincoln co, Lawrence co. and Coffe co, and our loss was to Shelbyville. Shelbyville is by far the strongest team I've seen of yet.

Ibarra is so overrated it's insane. He totally got shutdown against Columbia.

Every game I've seen, Tyler Smith scores his numberous points off of layups except one game his freshman year against Columbia. I think he hit several threes, but other than that, not that I've seen. I know Giles Co. Fans think he's Mr. J.J. Redick.

I do think that Coach Moore is a good coach, but look at the players she has to work with, they're outstanding. She has all the possible weapons she could want. My Grandmother could go in there as coach and win several games. What's scary, is Coach Moore is only losing one starter to graduation, Nancy Moore. She will have one more good year but if I were Coach Moore after next year I'd be looking for a promotion.

I guess there just isn't too much going on in Pulaski. You probably sit at home on Thursday nights with a pen and a pad and think up new cheers. Then you go to your mom's closet and find goony clothes to wear to the games. I'd much rather chant "let's go lions" then dress up like a transvestite clown. Wneely, quit being a sore loser and get a life.

Let's see.... Three pointers kept Columbia in the game. I just wonder what kept Giles Co. in the game, someone who got the ball about every possession. If Giles Co. didn't have Tyler they would have had to make up for 41 points somehow. I'm going to make a prediction. Once Giles County loses tyler all these band wagon fans will also go and giles county will be back to mediocrity.

I love how Giles Co. fans are so confident in their team. However, after seeing Giles Co. I think they are extremely overrated. We'll see how enthused all of you Giles Co. fans are when next year's season rolls around.

What the heck are yall thinking? I've seen Santa Fe play this year and there are definitely no stand outs on that team. I don't even think any of the starters could make Columbia's team.

I love how there is a thread about every Santa Fe game. Will Santa Fe beat Zion ........... let me think . This thread actually makes sense but some of these threads are just dumb.

Do yall think that they will keep having these Giles Co. Vs. BA games after Tyler Smith leaves? I hate to be negative, but I do think that Giles Co. will drop off some without Tyler. I just don't know if there would be the same amount of interest there.

Well according to the boards, Santa Fe has two of the best three point shooters in the state and one floor general. IF I were McEwen, I'd be pretty cautious.

Tyler Smith is definately no Lebron James, in fact, not even close. I don't think I'd be that cocky if I were him because when he takes the next step people will be his size and that will take away from Tyler's lay-up game he does so well at. I never understood why Columbia didn't try a zone tonight
