Soto looked awesome most of the match. His only mistake was getting into an over/under position w/ Mango and getting tossed for 5 [He was on his way to majoring him]. I've seen Soto wrestle at UTC, Nationals and @ the Stanford dual. He has always looked solid. It will be fun to watch him at the NCAAs this year. I hate to use the term overrated for someone like Mango b/c I've seen him tear people up and he is an All-American multiple times. He d/n look like a #1 wrestler at all and Soto wrestled like he belonged in the top 10. I warned my Stanford rooting friend that UTC was not going to roll over and they didn't. Stanford wrestled flat, unimaginative and where completely out hustled by UTC, despite UTC having just traveled across the country. It is like a different team Stanford team showed up from the one that beat #15 Maryland just a few weeks ago. UTC wrestled smart, hard-nosed and just flat out BEAT down the Cardinal. Props to Nick and UTC!

I need suggestions regarding headgear to help minimize concussions. I understand that no head gear prevents concussions. The morgan headgear would not provide protection across the entire head. You would be responsible for running the JV program (which includes freshmen) as well as assisting me w/ the Varsity squad. Coaching experience (any level) and college wrestling experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to teach technique to beginners, as well as advanced wrestlers, is a must.
