HA HA HA... Mo2vate, u r a funny guy... Lil Holiday does have talent, Talent that would have been "good" at Da Haven as a Soph, but he's great over at Fairley already... I am the Senator of BlackHaven, meaning I am the most BlackHaven brother U would know, meaning I did not grow up in the 4 Corners... I lived over there off of Mary Jane on Winfield. I played plenty while I was at the Haven, that's why I'm a productive citizen now in my adult life... U just make sure ur ready to cry into yo orange and black towel after Da Haven lays the smack down on the BullFrogs rudy poo candy AZZEZ... LOL

I'm not finished either... the South Fairley folks are the same people who ride by our field while we're practicing and shout out obscenities and other unsportsman like things... I don't have any real friends who went to Fairley outside of the few girls I knew from my Lanier days... Them dudes always think we think we're better than everyone and that we don't respect them, but heck how can u respect a program that is constantly tellin these young football players from Havenview, Lanier, Geter and all the other feeding Middle Schools that, "U won't get a fair chance at Whitehaven"... "You'd start for us"... and all the other JIVE... forget Fairley... I hope the offensive coaches at the Haven go for 50 on Fairley!!! As a matter of fact that's my theme for the DAY... 50 on Fairley!

To Mr. Holiday and all the others who decided to make this post a semi-LOVE-fest between US... I'm not having it... I liked lil Holiday and how he ran the ball for us, but he was unwilling to humble himself enough in the school house and on the field to be number 2... That rubs me the wrong way... I personally have no love for Fairley... I will not root for them to do well... I would be just as happy if they won ZERO games every year... I'm on here to talk trash... Mr. Holiday have the ice bath ready for lil Holiday in the morning... I'm not meaning to be hateful, but down with the Bull Frogs

@ dou I smell favoritism... Maybe even a little Racism... All the guys I named were gettin taken off the field by short and I am guessing lesser athletic white boys. I'm sorry but # 7 was way more effective than #16 was at QB... Someone said that #9 has just started playin football... I bet he is a better athlete than all the over Wide outs Millington got, just throw jump balls since yall's passing game is buddy (that's Haven speak for not very good). I'm just calling it how I saw it... i maybe wrong but # 63 was Millington's BIGGEST dude and he got no type of look. U have to see what a guy his size can do!

@ MarkH I believe it's more to the folks I mentioned not playing than the "fact" they they're not doin better than whoever is in front of them in practice... I want you to get my DRIFT! If U don't get my Drift, think about all those players that I mentioned, then ask me and I'll say it.

From the above mentioned quotes, this is what I like to call "Delusions of grandeur"... Whitehaven will thrash Fairley because of what I mentioned in my previous post... "This game will be close in the first half, but discipline, conditioning and depth will prevail as Whitehaven should win"

Fairley beat Westwood 34-6. When I left the Whitehaven game they were winning 53-0. Running clock midway through the 2nd quarter. So ... there you have it. The organizers of this "Black Haven classic" need to seriously consider dropping the cream-puffs (Westwood, Hamilton and Hillcrest) and pickup some quality teams, instead! Heck, of the 3 quality teams (Whitehaven, Mitchell & Fairley) participating in the event, they all play OTHER sorry teams--not each other. As a fan, I'm interested in seeing quality football teams and competitive games, not a bunch of mediocre teams getting beaten like an old dirty rug! Last year We (Whitehaven) played Mitchell and whooped them in the classic... The event is more so a community thing... All the the schools that are in it would be considered Whitehaven/South Memphis schools that play one another anyway... Why not make a lil more cash and try to bring the Community together!

On another note isn't it funny how one of Fairley's top players was a Whitehaven reject... Marcus Holiday would have been our (I am the BlackHaven Senator so u know who I roll with lol) back up or thrid string varsity Back at best behind Tony Jefferson, but he transfers to Fairley and scores 2 touchdowns and got all kind of carries and catches... I'm happy 4 him but we will be obliterating that boy!

I'm gonna tell u why Millington got blown out Friday and why they will get blown out again... It's called not playin yo biggest and best players! I was on the Millington side in the first half there was a boy, # 63, I swear he was 6'4" or 6'5" at least 290 to 300 lbs... He got no clock... They were playin 5'11" 220 lineman! Also they should have kept #9 in at receiver... He was 6'5"... they could thrown him a few jump balls... They should of let #7 stay at QB the whole game... # 44, 2 and 3 should of not left the field on offense nor defense... Honestly if Millington gets their Personnel right, they will probabaly win their region, but if they wanna play people who got no size, speed and limited talent they will continue to get thrashed!

As one other person already mentioned there are other SEC much closer to My city than UT i.e. Ole Miss, Miss State, UK, Vandy, Arkansas, and Alabama... Not to mention as far as most big time prospects in football from Memphis are concerned they'd much rather play for these schools if they have a choice: UGA (Marlon Brown), LSU (Jeremy Macklin), Miami (Graig Cooper)... Not to mention these schools that I know have more of a relationship with Memphis area coaches than UT does: Ark. State, MTSU, U of Memphis, So. Miss, Auburn. I can't forget the D2 schools that Memphians usually have a love for: Tenn. State Univ, Jackson State Univ. Univ of Ark. @ Pine Bluff, Alcorn St., Miss Valley. UT has to come correct if they want the Speed and Size that lies in West Side of the State however they usually don't... and as far as Basketball is concerned.... HA

I heard and seen that big Boy from Ensworth... He's NFL bound if he doesn't get injured.
