Yes! Then they scheduled Halls to play them Saturday after playing Union City. Halls beat Union City 6-0, then they lost to Dyersburg 6-0. I watched both games. Halls has a pretty good team. Junior, Josh Daniels, is leading the team right now. He's a great player offensively and defensively. Go Halls! thumb

Halls beat Union City Saturday 6-0. Then they played the make up game with Dyersburg which Halls lost 6-0. I heard Halls was winning the first game 8-2 (something like that) in the second or third inning when Dyersburg coach talked the umpires into calling the game.

People, people, people... the Mr. Basketball Finalists are chosen. Sorry if you don't like it, but you can't change it. I'm happy with all the Finalists. Great job and keep up the good work. Oh yeah... Doaks haters, let it go! HE WON! GO NICCHEAUS! Well done! thumb

Another jealous person! Doaks deserved to win Mr. Basketball. Some of you guys are pitiful. Stop drinking the hater-aid. Great job Doaks and good luck to you in years to come! From a true fan of basketball no matter if they're from my home team (Halls) or not!

Demarcus Patrick of Halls will shine next year like this year, but I think another Halls stand out will be Jarvis Roberts. It will be Roberts senior year, so he'll have to step up and be the leader. GO TIGERS! thumb

Once agan, its the Halls fan cheering on LC! Middleton was predicted to beat Halls last year in Sub-State, and they didn't. Alot people think they'll win tonight, but who cares what people think. Go out there and play like LC. Give them another disappointment at Sub-State this year! GO FALCONS! thumb

Halls has alot of different uniforms. I think maybe three or four. If I'm not mistakened, they have two uniforms for home and two for away. Halls wears the gold uniforms at home and the black uniforms away. Shoot, I think they get a new set every other year. Then they pass the others down to the junior high. ksluvsrvt... don't be so mean!

Great game to both Trenton and Lake County. Peabody did deserve this win tonight because they out hustled Lake County the whole night. They also have overcame alot of controversy this year! Congrats to the Tide men on a great win. I know how excited it must have been to beat a team that was predicted early this year to beat everyone. Only wish Halls could've accomplished that as well! I also want to compliment both teams on a classy game. Many times tonight, I seen players from both teams help a player from the other team up after falling to the floor. The Tide men even stood up and clapped for Lake County when they were called for the runner-up plaque. Just a darn right great game all together! Good luck to both of you! Congrats on a job well done! Don't stop here, keep going until you meet up in the State Tournament. That would really bring west tn single A to everyone's attention!

Both of these teams deserve a round of applause! What a great game! I was there, as I said. Trenton played an awesome game tonight. Especially Robert Yancy. We're talking about Doaks, but what about the freshemen. He's been carrying Trenton since the post season. I wish we could get him to come to Halls! I can just imagine how good he'll be in years to come. Trenton just outplayed Lake County tonight. They were hustling the whole game. They didn't miss many free throws at all. Lake County missed at least ten free throws in the second half alone. Great job Trenton! Lake County, don't let this loss get you down. Go to Middleton and run them off their own court! I want to see both of you (Trenton and Lake County) in Murfreesboro. Congratulations on a great game, and keep your minds focused. I wish my beloved Tigers could've been here, but its the Falcons and Tide time to shine. Good luck to both of you and represent the "real" district! GO 16A! thumb Last... Trenton showed great sportsmanship tonight. When the announcer called Lake County to receive the runner-up plaque, Trenton players stood up and clapped. I thought that was very classy of them! That's how we're suppose to behave LC fans!

Good post sportsradiotn... I know people cheer on their teams, but its important to encourage everyone. Yes, Doaks does taunt the crowd, but he's still the best player in the region. Sorry rjmfalconfan6, HE IS GOOD! I'm rooting for Lake County all the way, but don't be so childish. I don't know why Lake County fans have a problem with him. What's the matter? Did he do something in particular to all of ya'll. I'm from Halls and love to see all kids doing something good. Don't degrade anyone. Give them their props. As the older man said in Coming to America, "That boy is good, that boy is good." lol...lol... That may be over some of you younger kids heads! Just let it go. He's good and it will probably be an awesome game. I know I'll be there, and that's a long drive for we Halls people (especially to see a game that Halls isn't participating in). I hope it will be worth the hour and twenty minute drive, the $20 in gas, and the four dollars at the gate. Good luck to both teams! ....really LC!

This is a hard one, but I'm going to pick Lake County because Middle College isn't playing with same intensity they had during the season. Its going to be hard for Lake County to play a very tough match up after playing a not so good team (Gleason) in the quarterfinals. But Halls always cheers for LC when they're out, and LC always cheers for Halls when they're out. So who am I to break that bond! GO LC! REPRESENT WEST TN! thumb

Again, I'm another Halls fan rooting for the Falcons! If Halls can't make it to the 'boro, then we want Lake County to go. We both have alot of respect for each other. They've earned the right to go, and I don't see anyone stopping them at this point! GO FALCONS! Beware... Middle College has alot of talent as well. Too bad they ended up in the same bracket!
