Meigs in a close one...they are better then people thing. Gave a good Sequatchie Co. team all they wanted.

Disagree with Both. Central came back due to Special teams TO, and 09 vs BC was lost by TO in second half. So IMO TO killed us in those games. However, back on topic. Hope Coaching staff can keep kids focused this week with it being Homecoming. Big district game.

Just IMO, I think Sp only losses 1 or 2 games at max. Signal will obviously be tough. Also, I think the Sequatchie Co, will not be a cake walk either. They are physical and run the power I, and have a couple of good backs, and a good QB. They are also very physical. I think Franklin CO, being a bigger school COULD give SP problems, but I doubt it. I think they beat Polk, Grace, and Boyd. SO i see SP losing to Signal, and winning by 14 over Sequatchie and only losing 1 game.

Yea Sequatchie should have put it in 1 or 2 more times then they did, but flags and a missed FG kept them from scoring. Congrats Sequatchie and looks like another strong year.

PC-42 MC-14( 7 on backups) Polk has played two quality teams, and it will show with the big win over Central.

lol Indians has played two decent teams, which could make the playoffs. Also, We should beat Grundy this week. I agree with you Troll, BC and SM should be game of the week. Both teams will know where they are after this game.

First of Im assuming your someone who has played , or better yet " never" played. First off, you have no clue what Def Sequatchie is running if you think they are running " Johnny Majors prevent".Also, you say people we play have no "Runners". Megis beat an Upperman team, which turned around and mercy ruled a team last friday. They have a decent running back named savage which had over 230 in his first game, he was held to 100 yards last friday. Sequatchie played a line that averaged 100 ponds acroos the front more then the Indians. They had a goal line stand which also shows you dont know what your talking about. The Indians have plenty of heart and grit .Also you say the Indians never got " pressure" to the QB, the game ended on a Sack. Im starting to wonder if you were even at the game, or watching the same game I was. We could have put it in two more times which would have made the score 35-2, but to Meigs credit they played us hard. Also, the coaches dont teach there kids to "hit" after the whistle, thats not how you coach kids. They play hard between the whistle, but when it blows the play is over and you go to the next one. Also, I would like to know this same ol crap but "diffrent" year stuff. I promise you Sequatchie will tend for a district Championship like they have for the past 2 years, and will build off playoff game they won last year. The Indians have a chance to win there share of games this year, and I will be SHOCKED if they have a .500 year.

lol thats funny. Sequatchie is a good team also, 18 plus SRs, and returned just as much as those Boys in blue....Plus we bounced them in playoffs when no one said we could. best of luck.

Meigs was ALOT better then last year. They will win some games. However, the OFF didnt play very well at times, but on the flip side Meigs put together some long time consuming drives that ate up alot of clock. So it limited OFF plays for Sequatchie. The passing game looked good, 2 passing TDs and a couple big first down throws. Also, sequatchie Drove all the way to the 12 or 10 and tried for a field goal on 4th and about 2. We could have put in another score or two, but Meigs like I said played us real hard.

Sequatchie is better then what people think. BC,SM, and SC could all win the district. Sequatchie vs Bledsoe, and Sequatchie vs Signal will also be big games that will determine the championship. Best of luck to both teams.

Meigs is better then what you think. They are very big and physical. I thought Sequatchie looked sloppy on OFF at times, but got better has game went on. Passing game looked good tonight. Both teams played good def. Best of luck to meigs, and big district game for Sequatchie next week.

They scrimmaged Sequatchie county and had about 95 kids playing. They were very fast, and very very physical. Had very few that played both ways. Had about 35 plus JRS and plenty of returning talent from last year. I think Polk will keep it close for a half, but depth pulls away for Central. There middle school won the championship of chattanooga last year, Allen has walked into a gold mine.Just the upset pick of the week. Good luck to both teams.

Polk will be in for a tough game again. Chattanoga Central is MUCH improved Under Allen. Polk will have a hard time winning this one. PC-14 CC-35
