The crowd is the only thing that doesnt give it the sense of tradition. If somebody wants tradition then start it. Westview will pull it out. The blocking was pretty bad the other night. Coady needs to realize that he doesnt necessarily have a stand out team with lots of depth so playing guys only one way wont work. Needs to have the best players going at all time. Dont think they should run the same defense as last year either, that defense was built around the athletes that they had. Not the athletes they have now.

Would any Camden fans like to discuss the game a little before it starts? Im a Westview fan and plan on attending the game tommorrow night.

For yall that live in west tennessee. Westview does play in a quite hard district and a pretty hard schedule. They ended up playing Milan and Camden during the regular season, in which they beat Milan and came within 3 points of beating Camden. Westview now has to travel after going undefeated in the district. They have been put out of any hopes of getting to the championship and i dont understand why. Westview is a pretty stout team and has yet to peak. There only loses were to Mckenzie (quaterback for westview didnt play part of the first quarter and all of the 2nd quarter) they lost by 2 to mckenzie. They also lost to camden like i stated earlier by 3 and then third loss was to a 4A team out of Memphis (Trezevant). Why does know one have hope for Westview?

Camden needs to realize that Westview played Manasas last year in Memphis for the first round and by far Manasas is one of the most disciplined Memphis team ive ever seen Camden needs to bring it because Manasas takes it one game at a time.

I wouldnt go to fast of putting Westview out of the situation. Seems as if Camden is looking to play Milan in the 3rd round as last year was. Watch out for the Chargers they may just have something up their sleeve.

Westview High School...OT/DE Barkley Legens (#54, 6'0 210) Both way starter offensive left tackle and Defensive left end (also drops to linebacker and goes into coverage). Plays in District 13AA, also plays against Jordan Murphey from the Camden Lions. Last year against him was unstoppable from what I saw. Against this year he played the opposite side and has had a pretty productive season this year. Over 50 tackles as of now 3 fumble recoveries. One fumble recovery for a touchdown (45 yards). Multiple pass break ups. Great pass rusher and run stopper. I think he will be a great candidate.

See now both Westview vs. Milan, and Westview vs. Camden were slightly earlier in the season. Some teams do peak before others, so the factor of weat beat Westview doesnt necessarily say that you played the peak of Westview. The last 3 games for Westview have been setting up and creating a good motive for Westview. I can see a tough fought ball game between either of these 3 teams that play each other. 54's name is Barkley Legens. He does play both ways as a Defensive End and an Offensive Right Tackle. He also plays with injuries just as the rest of the Westview team does. Its Football not water polo. Their are injuries every week and usually on every person. I might have taken it wrong but it seemed as if you were kind of saying that because of OC's injuries it gave Westview an advantage. In that sense every team plays with injuries and does not necessarily give you an excuse. Sorry if i have taken your quote wrong.

The one thing about The Westview Chargers, those boys concentrate on 1 game at a time. Not next week, two, or even three weeks away! Westview has no two way starters. They do have some players that come in and fill positions in when others are getting a little tired but there are no two way starters ,11 on offense and 11 on defense. I was told from a very reliable source.

I don't believe westview has any two way players but I will check into it. The chance of westview sweeping this game is a little far fetched. Both teams are stout and I believe it will be a great game to watch and support.

Huntingdons qb and center did have mishaps but if you watched the game you would notice that even on huntingdons productive plays they were stopped...the westview defense did show talent but they also had no time to shine when huntingdon couldn't receive a snap. Westviews offense was slightly weak but they soon started clicking. You must also remember that westview is without two returning seniors. One was a 3 year starter at linebacker and the other was a 2 year starter at the offensive left tackle. Westview was also without there starting running back but it was filled in with a sophomore runningback that grew up in front of your eyes. Ha you dont think this years Westview team is as good as those Milan teams? Considering when supposively two years ago yall had yalls better team and almost got beat by a sophomore based Westview team without a quarterback? Sounds like an amazing team to me....The thing with those Milan teams was they thought they were the stuff and thought nobody could beat them and look what happened.....got spanked two years in a row...cockiness got the best of them

Westview's 7-5 2009 season was unexpected. Will 2010 be a whole other story??
