Booneman what do u think about all this suspension of players and coaches talk?

Blacksheep 16 has more class then you will ever know. Do u really have to pick on a high school kid to feel like a man? I'd really like to know who appoionted you the class police because they should have examined your lack there of.

I've heard they have a dual threat qb, could this work in our favor?

That is wrong and you know it! Souths 65 wouldn't let 81 up off the ground and started punching him through the facemask. I've set with south fans at other games and they are horrible. The fight was ridiculous I guess it shows the class, or lack there of, of the entire South organization. I was dissapointed in the way that Boone handled the situation, but boys will be boys and as Issac Newton said, "For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction." I am sure that the coaches will handle the situation this week in practice. Hats of to JJ! Coach you did a fantastic job! Lets continue the fight to Knoxville!

And if you would open your eyes you would see that Boone is 2 deep at qb, 4 deep at running back, and 4 deep in recievers. Can South honestly say that they are that deep?? No says I! Hayden is all they have! Like it or not! Until I'm proven wrong this is the way it is. Recievers can't catch and the running backs hardly get the chance to run the ball. When a team starts at the 20 and the qb runs the ball every play til they reach the endzone, it is a pretty good indication that is the only weapon they have. Either Hayden is all they have or Haynie has no clue as to what he is doing because noone is going to work their qb that much without having no other option. I wish ud put ur money where ur mouth is and make another bet like ya did with the Boone SH game so we wouldn't have to put up with you for another week. I must say that was a pretty good week here on Coacht.

You are crazy! Boone has multiple threats on offense. #23 #26 #20 #5 can all run the ball down ur throat #20 and #5 have the speed and #23 and #26 have the power. You also have #11 that comes in and runs some and is pretty effective. #10 and #16 both can sling the ball down the field and #16 will kill ya on the option. #9 #14 #83 are all legitimate options in the passing the game. They can catch the ball and gain yards after the catch. The success of these players is all credit to the line. Cap you for one should kno that our running game is not the only thing we have....TH stopped our running game the first couple of series and we went to the air completing big passes. Looks to me like you would be on your own thread worrying about the whoopin that West is fixin to lay on ya. I like to see the big 8 succeed but after the showing yall had last week all I can say is good luck.

I've heard some talk of snow....that should make it interesting!

Everybody in 6a better enjoy this year! Once Carter gets those boys to learn his offense SH will be a dominant team.

Boone is solid! and from what I seen friday night in Bristol....so is South! South got out to a rocky start and even though they are a 6 seed, they are way better then that. If JJ can figure out a way to stop heath then Blazers will come away with the W. From what I seen friday the answer is containment! Line stay at home! Heath will let the pressure collapse around him and then pick out a hole to run through. By this time the linebackers have dropped back into coverage and Heath has a lane to run down big enough to drive a semi through. He's strong and athletic and arm tackles aren't gonna work! Put his hind end on the ground! Everyone knows you can do it...you did it to downs. If JJ coaches his line to stay at home and not allow souths o line to create holes then heath is gonna have a long night. Not sure how they are teaching at Boone now but when I was there they taught the line to contain and the linebackers to make tackles. It'll be interesting to see if JJ can find the answer that is lieing just under his nose. I'm tellin ya its containment coach!

I saw the week 12 game and I don't mean be a better coach or make good decisions becuase who would fuss about that? I mean going out with the mentality that they are better then we are and we have to do some stupid off the wall crap to win the game. The point that was being made is that we don't need any of that! Well if you knew anything about Boone football then you would know that its the same thoughts that go through every Boone fans head before we play South, DB, SH, and TH...."are we gonna get to fancy?" That is not a discredit on JJ, but it happens. Ill be there friday night, mind briging me a pair of yours?

I just hope that JJ doesn't try to out coach Stubbs. Boone just needs to go in and play hardnosed football and get the job done. You boys can say what you will about wanting Boone to play South again, but honestly the thought scares the .... out of me! History doesnt lie, we havent beaten em in 12 years I doubt that the times change this year. Ill just be happy when they drop down a classification!

I hope that Boone walks in with their heads screwed on tight. Volunteer is always a physical team no matter what the record shows. Boone is playing good solid football, FINALLY! All I've got to say is the Men from Boone better put the women and children to bed and go lookin for dinner. Let's go Boone! As for the south game, it will be emotional! Can Stacey beat his alma matar? Has he changed his scheme enough where his former staff won't know what he is gonna do? Science Hill confuses me. They have the talent and size but that hasn't shown in the 2 times I have watched them play (Mo West, Boone). Noone in East Tn should be able to push that O line around and 23 should leave d backs in his dust. Stacey brings a head coach in to coach his lines, and they seem to be the weakest part of the team....doesn't add up! I'd like to see SH have a strong finish, starting with this Thursday night....Unfortunately I don't see it happening.

Ah Jeremy sent em home early the week of DB last year. He is just trying to get their attention. Which I hope that he does, but if he hasn't been teaching those boys to hold on to the football then he just might as well suit up the band. I looked at the stats on everyone in conference the other day and Boone is high in every category, but took a beating to South and IMO did not play good ball against Cherokee or Seymour. This team is the same as last years with the exception of a couple, but they sure aren't playing like it. Hope daddy has found a solution, or this could be a long 2 months.

Who cares about the past? All that matters is this Friday Night! I love how you all go into defense mode when you think something negative may be said about db. I wonder how long it takes you all to pull out all of these stats. Wish that is all I had to do. If Boone holds on to the dang ball they win! That is the bottom line! I see him being lazy, thats my opinion. I call it that because I've seen the lack of effort in every sport he has played. He has a strong arm and is a smart kid but he belongs in the offense and thats it. JJ has a team full of players that can jump in the corner position and be effective. IF JJ goes with the both qbs in the offense at the same time scheme he talked about all preseason I dont see how he can go both ways. We will see. There were some blitzes early in the seymour game but they were quickly hidden away back in the play book. Boone has played conservative football against weak openents. This week will tell all. We win then we have a shot at the big 8 title. We lose then it will me an average season.

Neither quaterback has really showed anything, 16 missed most of summer practice becuase of baseball and 10 shows alot of inconsistency. 10 hit a pretty big pass the play after the cherokee player got hurt, but other then that there hasnt been anything even close. 5 has broken some long runs and has proven to be an athlete. 23 is running strong also. My concern is when 10 is put in the secondary, he seems lazy and doesn't move to the ball as he should. Most of the big pass plays are given up when the ball is thrown his way. Boone suppposedly has some tricks up their sleves that I suppose they are saving for the south game...IMO its gonna take more then a few tricks for a team that racks up the penalties and cant hold on to the ball. The game that everyone says will be close will more then likely be close because it will be sloppy.
