Instead, he has to get a couple of cheerleaders like Kid03 and BigT2006 to talk for him. Is Waggle (and yourselves BigT and Kid) high school,middle school, or little league cheerleaders? Good luck this season girls, hope you all win every competition that you cheer in.

Harriman will continue to improve and the move to A class football will help. Beating Bledsoe Co. is no impressive accomplishment - those guys could not win an inner squad game. I am looking forward to the Kingston game in 2 weeks - this will be a good test for the devils. Do the boys in blue have any more scrimmages or jamboree's scheduled?

I will donate my time to be the official time-keeper for tonights contest (I am sure the Tiger faithful would love that). I will arrive with my stopwatch and air horn. No slap against Rockwood, but I hate a team has to end their season losing like that. Should be a good game - I predict Cosby hits a game winning shot with 1.5 seconds left. We will see if the Tigers whine when the shoe is on the other foot.

I meant for some one with half a brain to post and explain the situation to me. I have heard this from more than one person and one happens to a Rockwood parent. I am not starting a petition to the TSSAA, I just wanted to know what happened because I left before the game started. I could not stand to be in that rat hole that they call a gym any longer. People don't give Midway the credit they deserve, they have a good team.

I heard from a friend at the game that Rockwood squeezed about 3 seconds out of the last 1.5 seconds on the final in bounds play. I hated I did not get to stay for the game, could some one please fill me in on what happened?

CONGRATS TO ROCKWOOD, there I said it. They played better tonight and they deserved to win it. They won the battle but not necessarily the war. There are still some big games to be played. I hope the championship game ends in a 0 -0 tie.

The Devils looked really good in spurts last night. Look for them to play a complete, up tempo game Thursday night. This is the game that I have been waiting for. I really don't care if Payne is back or not, he can not be much slower than he was in the first place. I stayed to watch Rockwood play last night and they also looked good in spurts. It is going to take a better effort than what I saw yesterday to beat us. I predict an upset Thursday, Harriman has too much speed and athleticism. This will make for a great championship game versus Wartburg on Saturday night.

This game was not a true representation of the winning team being the superior team. We were hurt and did not play really well but we still had a chance to win it. As for the officiating, it was some of the worst that I have ever witnessed. It was painfully obvious that these jokers wanted the punks from Coalfield to win the game. Enjoy it while you can losers, because when you lose next week you are finished. Oakdale had better watch out.
