Oh I've been here and haven't missed a post. I've been busy getting gussied up for this game. I took a shower and clipped my toenails. Took a while. Now. We are gonna STOMP the dog poo out of Union City. Swo, I know you're sensitive and prone to crying fits, so I'm not gonna rub it in too much. I really hate to hear about your players getting banged up. Know how that is. We have a few out too. We will meet again playoff time and it could be a much different game by then. Our offense is on fire. Winn and Yates are phenomenal players. Dang near unstoppable. Our defense does not get enough credit. No way are we gonna shut out Union City, but I have all the confidence in the world that we will stop you enough to get the ball back in our hands and score quickly. Trenton may be better than last game, but Dresden is playing better, too. Our defense only giving up on average 8 points per game. That's pretty dang stingy. Union City helped Trenton out a lot with that last win. Good thing is, not much hanging on our walls at the hog pen for anybody to take. If anybody vandalized, probably wouldn't notice. Dresser Winn is deserving of every look or offer. Such a natural talent, plus a great kid. With such an exciting offense, I also think our defense does get overlooked. They have made huge strides and really impressed me against Peabody. Defense sure will have to step up even more this Friday. Hope they make just enough stops for us. I think they can do it. UC defense is going to have their hands full all night, just like we will. With the water issues, the UC players may get the runs and give us another advantage. 😂

Can. Not. Wait! Truly the 1A Game of the Year. If the Lions come to play with the intensity and attitude they had against Trenton, it's going to be a great night for Dresden.
