  1. Cleveland guys will be on the Chatt team
  2. Croy is at Harvard I thought, not Cornell.
  3. I thought it was a huge success, TN is beginning to produce quality wrestlers. Sure the gym was hot and there were gaps between matches but welcome to youth wrestling. I was there from 7am to midnight and my kids got great matches, and i got to watch a handfull of future studs coming through TN. Josh Bosken Higher Calling Wrestling Club
  4. I can see both sides of the argument here, but here are my thoughts. I have a club that is located in Cleveland, TN. I am located twenty minutes from the GA boarder. I have many kids from GA in my club, most who I have trained from the very beginning. If they train with me, travel with me, and compete with my club, I would expect them to be able to compete in TN state. Now, I have my GA kids who would rather wrestle in GA states, and they know if they choose that path they cannot compete in region, state or on TN national teams. Basically, just because these kids happen to live twenty minutes south rather than twenty minutes north of me should not restrict them. Now if they didn't wrestle with my club everywhere and just chose to wrestle in TN region and State I could understand people's concern. If anyone wants me to elaborate on my thoughts, I'll be there this weekend. Josh Bosken HCWC
  5. Cleveland has 12 in the finals.
  6. Ill second Kyle James, I have seen that dude battle hard with Terry Brands and Bono. Also, if I remember correctly he beat Danny Felix (world team member) and Teyon Ware (national champ). Now he cant match Marables credintials but Kyle was TOUGH
  7. All clevelands matches will streamed live at CHSRaiders.com
  8. Everyone that wrestled in the first dual meet will be wrestling this weekend. Not sure what line up changes or injuries you are speaking of.
  9. Couger, Valentine was placed in the rankings because the #2 and #3 wrestler at 160 have dropped to 152. He has lost the last 3.of 4 matches, one by tech by a wrestler at 152. Nothing he has done recently made me want to put him in the rankings but he has been consistent enough to keep him in mind. Hope this helps.
  10. He has had three matches this year. Aaron, like his brother is a tough minded kid, he will find a way to get through the season.
  11. Yes sir. We obviously have some work to do but thanks. We will see how tough we are next Thursday.
  12. Oliver won and Cleveland won by around 100 points
  13. This may be one of the best duals this year. 21 ranked wrestlers. 13 weight classes with a ranked wrestler. 11 weight classes with a wrestler ranked top two. 8 weight classes with both wrestlers ranked. 5 wrestlers ranked one 2 weight classes with #1 vs #2 All this in one dual. Should be some great wrestling.
  14. I am sorry that Hamm and myself have not met your standards cougars. As you mentioned Bosanko has lost to Valentine 2-1, which was at 170 lbs. Valentine has chosen to wrestle at 160 lbs obviously, which was from what I saw the weakest weight class at MTGC. Bosanko wrestled in a very tough weight class at MTGC and beat a previously ranked wrestler at 170 lbs. Therefore I can not rank a kid at one weight for barely beating a kid at another weight. I would love to help you with questions you may have with our decisions. Josh Bosken
  15. I need full results for both McCallie and the big Nashville tournament. Also, any SIGNIFICANT wins over ranked wrestlers.
  16. 70-3 win over William Blount -At 220 lbs Cleveland's Snyder tops #2 Satterfield 3-2 66-9 Win over Ooltewah -Ooltewah's 220 #4 ranked Rudwell defeated both Snyder(3-1) and Satterfield (7-2)
  17. Knox did a great job wrestling Bailey, and when I saw it I certainly looked into him. He went 1-2 at the state tournament last year, both losses coming to kids that didn't place. Also, he lost to #5 Jones as well as Bailey already this year. Not saying Knox is not a podium caliber wrestler, because he may very well be, but I am not going to place him as a contender on the ability to wrestle a close match. Josh Bosken
  18. Oleg Stukanov filled in at 182 Jesse Jones was at 195
  19. Final Scores: Cleveland 64 Signal Mountain 9 Clevleand 70 NW Whitfield 3 Raiders wrestled tough with 3 starters out due to weight decent plan. Old Timer Duals Saturday
  20. Cleveland opens their season with two dual meets, Signal Mountain and NW Whitfield. First dual begins at 5pm. Tune into CHSRaiders.com to watch live
  21. Oliver kid is the real deal, best 103/106 I have seen in TN in a while. Josh Bosken Cleveland
  22. 106 lbs Stud move in to Christian Brothers from Illinois I believe, Oliver. Kid is TOUGH. Also very talented 8th grade Michael Murphy will be at Baylor
