  1. And all I had to do was turn the page for a second one. The lingering effects of COVID on symptomatic survivors have been detailed and are anything but "unproven medical speculation".
  2. You should simply stop posting. Every single time, something pops up from your keyboard that is demonstrably wrong, and this case is no exception. In places where there are enforced mask mandates, cases are dropping.
  3. Your stupidity, if manifested in any position of educational leadership, would come at the cost of many, many people. Solider on, Bubba. From your armchair.
  4. Doubling-down on science rather than dogma is a good bet. You are a clown-show. On your best day.
  5. You did not misread this. Global warming has been verified by all CREDIBLE scientific data. Climate-deniers are an extreme, diminished numerical minority. They are not taken seriously by any established scientific organization worldwide. And remember, science relies on established facts. But we digress...
  6. The fact that I "lost you" at something that is empirically verified by all credible scientific data says everything moving forward about attaching ZERO credibility to anything you say about COVID. You probably failed a science class or two in high school. "Gather the facts and use your experience and intelligence" is therefore highly ironic.
  7. For the people in the back who really need to hear it: https://www.forbes.com/sites/startswithabang/2020/07/30/you-must-not-do-your-own-research-when-it-comes-to-science/?fbclid=IwAR2QxmB3FeqT92Clqd-5oPqz5-0OqhfQEhyF2C9uLQJt7VinKhljZrmG6ao#2db75ce1535e
  8. What's your background in epidemiology, genius? This was a disease that we knew ZERO about 4 months ago. With no background on the disease, mistakes were going to be made. It's called the scientific method. But you're here for the football, not the education. I get it.
  9. How a sensible state handles this - still enables football to be played this school year. https://www.wsls.com/sports/2020/07/27/virginia-high-school-sports-wont-start-until-december/
  10. Science and math are difficult subjects to understand, aren't they? When those teenage athletes contract COVID, yet remain asymptomatic, then transfer the disease to older parents and family members who unfortunately become symptomatic, the pigskin will still be worth it, won't it?
  11. 6-0. 15 shots on goal to 1 shot on goal. Was never going to be close.
  12. You will have to be very lucky (and Brentwood will have to have their worst game of the season) to be correct with one of your picks. But weather is the great equalizer...
  13. Not sure about the second one.
  14. McCallie just lost to Ensworth.
  15. What if that pg wants to play NCAA D1 basketball and needs to meet the sliding scale requirement for GPA to ACT/SAT? Transferring to an easier academic school would help boost the GPA. I have no evidence that this was an issue, but going from BA to PC will certainly help the GPA, no question.
  16. Randy Brady is going to a stronger basketball school. Not sure that decision is any reflection on the coaching situation at BA.
  17. You drive to NW Nashville from the Chatt ('round about TREE hours each way) to witness a whoopin"? C'mon, man. Tell the Lunar Canine King that you didn't do that.
  18. Will take the bait. Houston is the only high school for all of Germantown, population nearly 40,000. Brentwood is roughly the same size as Germantown but splits students between Brentwood and Ravenwood. Combine THOSE two schools together and tell me if Houston would have the same "dominating run". Doubtful.
  19. Should have scored 9 more.
  20. Spoken (typed) like a proud parent!
  21. Come out and play man-to-man instead of standing there in the paint if you want the ball back.
