I am not a FCS person, however I have seen them play and every D-2 AA lineman and I can say you are lost on this commit and I can tell you that Mississippi State, the number one team in the country, thinks your wrong too. Along with around 20 other D-I programs.

"pretty good"? I'll expound on this.... Knox was 25-26 with 3 TD passes. BA made Siegel look like a Pop Warner team. The other QB's did well too. There was a total of 3 incomplete passes the whole night. BA is deep in talent at WR and at RB Cretin and Brashers ran all over them Siegel's defense. BA's starting defense didn't allow a 1st down and Siegel could move the ball past mid-field at all.

I agree BA needs to move the ball on the ground with their 3 backs. Between the 3 they have the speed and strength to give the Ensworth's D-line some problems on the edge and inside, between the tackles.

Agreed not perfect, but there should be a minimun amount of matches wrestled at a specific weight class during the season to qualify for state and be ranked at that specific weight. It needs to be more that one match too.

Only wrestling can justify rankings on a loss and what someone did last year. IMHO you should have to earn it each year. That is real life, fair or unfair based on circumstances.

You are wrong and your assumptions shows that you have no idea of the lengths these schools go to to say away from being associated with recruiting. That said, putting a good product on the field with good leadership, great facilites, and the number of college scholarships offered (for athletics and academics) ATTRACTS students. To be honest you can hate all you want but really none of these schools even need to recruit they all have more applications than spots.

Different world amigo, ask anyone close to the program. This BA team is not even close to mirroring last years team. This year BA is a different level. Cody and Norris have brought a much higher level of expectations and their kids are rising to meet them.

"The new BA coach probably doesn't get that at this point.", Yeah I am sure coaching for programs like Permian High School and Highland Park High School (winningest program in TX history) that have to compete with over 250 schools in their class has not prepared him for little ole DII Mid-Tn football. I mean just because Coach White has had to coach against coaches of 3 or 4 of the top high school football programs in the entier country every years for 20 years, that would not give him the ability to unwrap the great Bowers. Give me a break. From a coaching standpoint, if you have paid attention this year, both staffs will be ready. It will come down to players on the field executing their plan.

I have watched every game both teams have played this year. Keys to BA win, stop Corn. Key to Ensworth win, free Corn. Ensworth or should I say Corn has a high powered offensive attack accounting for 46% of total offense and 75% of Ensworth's scoring. Corn will be facing a strong, fast and deep defense who's starters, since the Trinity game, have only given up 1 touchdown. My prediction is that both teams will remain vanilla because they both know they will see each other again and this game really does not matter, other than bragging rights. That said, defense wins BA 35 - EHS 14.
