Paying to play and going to school or getting your school paid for while you play is a big difference! You do know that walk-ons don't get same rights as scholarship players (team meals etc. per NCAA rules) Not being listed on a roster and being listed on the schools roster is a big difference too.....might want to look that up

Tough outing for Lc. Worst they looked all year turning the ball over 4 or 5 times and you want win against a good team. Keep your head you will be fine! On a side note Beardens head coach needs to teach some sportsmanship! You had your D looking like a prison team with 4 unsportsmanlike penalties, neck slashing after a very late hit on the QB when the whistle was blown dead because of offsides, players taunting the stands. Play with some class!

Haha gcfball you have lost all respect on these boards now! I played 6 years ago and no one on the team was from FL. We had one from Caly that moved here, one from Mississippi because of Katrina (Kevo knows who I’m talking about). You know Greeneville is a small town! Heck I’ve been to County games and talked to kids that I’ve known and related too but doesn't mean I’m recruiting them to come play (I use to coach in Knoxville area). All you have is hear say which doesn't hold water just makes you look jealous and ignorant

I agree SN isn't as good as Alcoa or CAK (and shouldn't have a first place vote) but they also return almost their whole team from last year that got beat by 6 by a pretty good AE team. AE the next week lost by a TD to CAK who we all know throttled Milan in the Championship game. So i wouldnt say Camden, Cheatham, Milan or CPA would give SN an ugly loss or even a loss for that matter

It had to do with the article because this is the week Greeneville and E-town use to.play before Elizabethtown decided not to play Ghs once again. Same reason Greeneville had to pick up Mercer co. KY in the 07 and 08 season. It use to be one of the states longest rivalries until 07

Tough Loss for the Devils 31-28. The fumble on the 3 yrd line right before half ended up being the game for the Devils. Greeneville O played good with Goode and Quan Wilson running the ball really well

You brought up the past 10 games so i just brought up the past 5 years. Thats why i said it doesn't matter when these 2 teams meet you just have to throw out the records. There have been some good games against each other like 02 and 03

Were they West best teams? No but i wouldn't say they were bad west teams. You made it to the final 16 in the state both years and lose to teams like Catholic (who should have won the title in 3a in 07 and did win it in 08). Those teams weren't as good as the 02,03,05, and 06 teams but i don't believe last years or this years team is as good as those teams either

Your also 1-2 against Greeneville since 07 your point? Things have changed in Greeneville since McCurry came in 07 and Ballard has kept that going. You can throw away previous records when these 2 team meet up.

Greeneville hasn't rebuilt since 06 season, so don't get to excited about a scrimmage results. Who are the 2 people they lost that cost yall the game last year? Greeneville has never been in a mercy rule game and will never be (even when they played up) so keep dreaming
