  1. Chester County boys beat Bolivar in double overtime 69-66
  2. The spinlklers had little effect on the game. The costly fumble from Lexington came long after that .
  3. Props to the Cards. Saw some NFL level plays on the passes to set up the first score and the layout in the end zone.
  4. Having seen both teams in person this year, I'll go with Dyer Co. They seem to be the more physical of the two.
  5. Chester County coming off a huge win over rival Lexington combined with homecoming week could lead to a letdown. Mike Hodum will have the guys attention. Chester County wins 28-17
  6. According to the TSSAA brackets available on the front page of coach t, Quads 1 & 3 host this year.
  7. As a Chester County Broadcast team member, let me say thanks to the entire South Gibson family for your hospitality and for the moving tribute paid to the memory of Brodie Weeks. You have a beautiful stadium. I was hoping that the Eagles would put up a little more fight, but we need to remember that theses are 15-18 year old kids, who have not had to experience a tragic death before. Looking forward to many mores games to come.
  8. Adamsville showed to be the best of the teams at the Chester County Jamboree. Chester County is going to have so many young players on the field. I look for Adamsville to take this one, but as the season progresses the young Eagles will make a run to the playoffs.
  9. Looks like I give the most physical edge to Liberty after tonight's game at Lexington. Lexington was beaten up and down the field.
  10. Having seen White House and Liberty the two weeks I will give Liberty a slight edge. I just don't see Wicker being able to carry White House to victory. Liberty has depth at the skill positions with not much drop off. Kicking game edge goes to White House.
  11. I said to my broadcast partners after Lexington beat Chester County that when Lexington played someone with some depth that they would get beat. They would have still beaten the Eagles, but if not for the rain delay the game possibly would have been closer. Lexington is going to need to develop some type of passing game in the future. They don't need to throw often, but when needed they need more accuracy.
  12. What I'm trying to say is that 3A schools and 4A schools should not be grouped together. Put all 3A schools together and then we would eliminate some of the complaining.
  13. I know that they lost to Covington, but Covington is a 4A school. I am saying that the district should be redrawn with only 3A or 4A schools in them.
  14. The problem is the way the goofy TSSAA has set up combined classification playing in the same district. If you are classed as 3A then all teams in your district should be 3A. If 4A then the same should apply.
