I have seen Graham play. For 3 years now. My son played against him in baseball and my daughter is in 7th grade at MMS so I try to make every home game anyways. Graham is special but you can't expect him to completely take over in his Freshmen year. Ty started from the start but he wasn't really able to start taking over games till his Junior year. I understand Graham may have a few more weapons but thats still alot of pressure to put on a Freshmen. Hard to really compare Ty and Graham because they are different style qbs. Ty was always gonna run and make things happen with his feet if the pocket broke down. Graham won't be able to do that as successful as Ty did because thats not really his game. Though he did that in middle school some, high school will be a different baby. No matter what I'm looking forward to Westview football next season and what it may become. 1 thing not many folks have talked about it Nolan Pritchett hopefully being back and healthy next season. He's a stud. Hard hitting backer that even made his appearance in the offense and did well at the end of last season. Go View!!

The kid is a gamer for sure. Tough as nails. I've been critical of him all season in his decision making skills but he never quits and I admire that. Kept the turnovers in check tonight as well against an awesome defensive club. This team only gets better from here. Can't expect Graham to take over next year but I'm betting he is gonna be ready to do his thing by Sophomore year. Go Chargers and congrats on a good season when most thought it'd be terrible! Way to lay it all out on the line tonight. The kick off return for a td to start the 2nd half was a back breaker. Good luck to Dburg going forward

Miles is dangerous if he is ever able to get out into the open field running the ball. Other than that, I'm never optimistic. The receivers have bailed him out all season, imo. Just calling like I see it. I've watched him since he backed up Ty. Never really been impressed. He's a gamer and he's no doubt thier best option at qb but with a qb that makes better decisions, this team is a bit more dangerous. Doesnt help he doesn't usually get a lot of protection but this team is a year or 2 away from being back in the conversation imo

Miles has no clue how too throw the ball away when pressured. The fact that there isn't a better qb on this Charger team is depressing

The problem with this is that Vincent is not a good qb. He isn't that accurate and makes terrible decisions. That's why they have had so many turnovers. As a Westview fan, I'm thrilled that Miles is graduating this season. If you think Miles chunking it 40 times is a good recipe you are delusional and goes to show why noone on here takes you seriously. Go View!

Yikes. Looks like you guys and Dyersburg are definitely the cream of the crop in the district

9-0 Dyersburg at half. Westview moves the ball on Dburgs D but ultimately gets bailed out by a Vincent interception. 3 of em to be exact. Can't give themselves a chance by doing that.

I'm not a sunshine pumper like Primetime. I agree with this statement. It pains me to admit this but I dont think Westview is on Dburgs level. The game is played on the field tho so we shall see.

It isn't my job to get the kids ready for next weekends game. I'm a fan and this is a site for fan discussions not preemptive battle cries to pump yourself up or whatever it is you do. Ive watched this same group of kids for 4-5 years now. They aren't a bad team but they are down compared to the last couple years for sure. They will be a force in the next 2-3 years tho I beleive. Sorry it's not all rainbows and butterflies in my post but I said what i said.

I'm sure he is just going on score. I hope you guys don't throw all Westview fans into the same category as Prime. Ha. This is definitely the worse Westview team in a few years and I'll be more realistic and say I don't think they are ready for Dyersburg or maybe even Covington for that matter. We play a bunch of freshmen and sophomore and this team will probably be more dangerous a year or 2 from now but I am proud of the fight they have showed after losing close games to Dresden and OC.

I just have to say, as a Westview fan...Vincent has never and will never be "him". However, the O-line can maybe block someone when they rush only 3 and that'd be wonderful

As a Westview fan, I wonder that myself. We have to worry about not only the Dyersburg game but also the Covington and Ripley games. IMO, Dyersburg and Covington are 1 & 2 in this district until they arent

Sounds like OC had a touchdown at the end of the game that the refs called him out of bounds at the 2. Couldn't punch it in on last play of game. Announcers seemed to think there was no way he was out. Either way, OC proved they are for real!
