Good ? But it won't be answered. It relinquishes to much attention. They love the attention of will he or won't he and he's this & that. It won't make logical sense if he does , he was cleared to play last yr for the playoffs and didn't play yet his camp continued to suggest & entertain the question. Why would he play regular season when he wouldn't play in the playoffs with a chance to advance. As for baseball, I don't know if this is 100% factual or speculation but heard that he was going to or verbally committed to Ole Miss and that LSU hadn't offered, as I said hearsay. As far as NY for a showcase, unnecessary & most likely minipulated by want a bees. If a player is good enough they'll find & seek you out, no need to attend these if skills are sufficient. MLB drafts many many players & he may go that route rather than to college. Many are drafted but few make anything of it, however more intensive training is available. I heard his play was negated in the playoffs this Spring when he was playing with better opposition(again hearsay , didn't see to evaluate). Is he talented? Definitely. But to what level, ?'s. Concerning football this fall, Cov goes 10-0 with or without him. They didn't miss a beat without him last yr, but Williams got more credit than any player and it was about him nontheless. Cov has several small but quick backs and defense throughout the 13AA league has really diminished. Weak district again and Cov is the benefactor 10-0.

Felt Cov.would win b4 this, shouldn't be any doubt to you either now. What happened? Tranfer, discipline, chose not to play or what? Everything has been falling Cov.'s way the last two years. 10-0 this season.

If OC makes the playoffs it'll be by defaught. The other teams will have to be down as they have been the last several yrs. Also depends on the if's. If they get a back or two that can run a sub 5.0 forty, if they'll tackle on defense( OC & defense is an antonym), if their coach will accept & understand football is played in the rain,if they let team get jersey's wet and allow grass stains when dry, encourage that one hand touch doesn't rule ball carrier down, encourage that contact is allowed, reiterate that football is played when wet & also if raining. Buy coach a rain jacket or build them a covered alluminum breezeway they can walk under on sideline.

As I stated earlier Covington easily wins this district, goes 10-0 undefeated this season. Won't even be tested. 2nd place to Milan. The rest of the mediocre teams will battle from the bottom.

Coaching not the factor in Covington, we seen that when the guy was at Ripley. He had some studs over there but couldn't/didn't win. Covington has several backs that they will sweep left, sweep rt, crossbuck then a trap with several speedy backs. Very simple. Boys that run the 4.9 to 5.3 forty aren't gonna catch the 3 or 4 that run 4.6 - 4.7.... Then an ocassional wide open pass after DB's repeately chase the sweep... Simple but others don't have the speed to stop it..

Several things 1. Covington wins this, goes 10-0, have 3-4 backs to give it two that are faster than everybody else's, simple as that. Cov is like an intercity team playing against a bunch of country boy teams 2. Milan next 3. Obion doesn't, will not play defense. Will not tackle. Soft.. Back to reality but could still go 6-4,7-3 in again weaker than usual district 4. Haywood nowhere to go but up. Unfortunately helium is in limited quanities these days

Lexington Lexington always ok til they play somebody OC well you know Traditionally best team in Lex district has been Southside and recently Liberty OC well you know, usually 0-10, and appeared better last yr but didn't play anybody & typically strong teams in district were non existent & not very good.

Fairview not a very exciting place to play. I would think he should go to a brighter, bigger stage to play. Also where he'll have a chance to play in unfortunately Cookville. On another note I'd like to see the Championships @ VANDY,Titan Stadium or at elite high schools(facility wise) in east, middle & west &/or Neyland. Say rotate east,middle,west MUS & Libery(west) Vandy & Titan(middle/central) Neyland & Greeneville(East)
