Franklin doesnt know how to be a good 6A team.

The dogs have realized that Franklin beat only one 6A team that is in the playoffs this year. They feel bad for you and don't want to pick on you any more before the game.

The question to me is how good would Maryville at the end of the season playing in 7AAA. Undefeated? Maybe, but doubtful. As it is now, they are better set up for a playoff run because they dont get the injuries and flat out wearing down of such a touch district schedule.

Football is just one thing on a long list of things that metro should be embarassed about. Its does give all the county schools a pretty easy game one in the playoffs in 5A and 6A.

you just revealed that you have never been out on the football field during a game. The crowds are too small and the stadiums too open to be much of a factor at all at a football game. The band has more impact than the crowd. your other prediction is a silly too.

Williamson doesnt moan about the distance to Rutherford, they moan about having to play someone from Rutherford. Well they should be happy this year, Franklin is hosting Smyrna at home and the other game is Brentwood vs Indy so that definitely means at least one Williamson County school will make it to round 2.

Careful, you post in support of Centennial and you open yourself up for an attack of the idiots. Inspite of having posters who pose as Centennial fans and try to tear the program down, Centennial has gone on to a very good season. I hope Centennial wins and some of those morons shut up.

You dont understand the level of play in the playoffs like Smyrna does. No offense, but thats why smyrna has multiple state championships and Franklin has none.

Exactly And Smyrna hits a whole another level of play for the playoffs. Franklin wont match up.

Riverdale wins big. In fact the concern should be that this game may be a tune-down for R'Dale instead of a tune-up. Coach A has got to find a way to make this game meaningful and competitive for the team, otherwise it could hurt them in later rounds. Riverdale by 28 and thats being conservative.

I first thought that Brenwood would win this rematch, but after watching the highlights of the their Franklin game, I have to give the nod to Independence. +7

Oakland can win, but realistically only if they get some breaks from Mt. Juliet. Mt. Juliet has got to put the ball in the air more, but may not have the personnel. Oakland knows wingt and how to defense it as good as anyone and that is their strength.

Smyrna in a much easier than expected game. +10

Powell seems to be in the wrong quad because of this mistake. Chain reaction makes almost all of 5a wrong.

Go 7aaa! Best district in the state. Now lets get another championship.

That quad is totally fouled up and this makes it understandable why. TSSAA needs to fix it NOW!
