last night trackwrestling had the butler/ elkinmatch under 113 not 120 my mistake

113 should be interesting shelton has not wrestled 106 all year its hard to judge kost hes a good wrestler but has not really faced anyone butler wrestled 113 this weekend at states

No doubt wilson central will end up on top but 2nd through 4th will be a toss up between beech west creek and clarksville.

we are very pleased at how the tournament went. we had 16 teams everyone got 5 matches and we were done by 6

I have a neighbor who home schools her child. He is interested in high school wrestling. Does anyone know if this is allowed and if so what steps does he take to do so and are there any restrictions. I seem to remember a few years ago they were able to compete but not at the state tournament

I don't expect things being any better than last season. The talent he lost (kicker QB RB Receiver) has not been adequately replaced and while there has been some improvement on both the o and d lines, it still looks like any jv team would have a successful running game against the defense.

we ended up having about 55 kids I will see about getting results from coach watt. tournament went well all the kids got as many matches as they wanted and we were done by 1230

I cant tell you how proud I am of my son kevin knier. A month ago I predicted him to win the region and it was clear that it was an opinion only shared by the west creek community so instead of responding we decided to let the proof come out on the mat and we are very pleased with a region championship and fourth place state finish.

something different needs to be done because the current system is not working. we are ending up with girls who have little experience wrestling at states while some talented girls are left out. and you have coaches out there bending and breaking rules chasing a team title that in the past only required a full line up. I would like to see the team aspect of states ,for girls, completely removed and all girls able to participate. then maybe we can see some good matches at states instead of the same crap. there are some good things being done in the east division but the west is a joke.

sorry I was talking about how hunters lane big boys match up in our region and accidentally lumped them in. I put Lozano over wiggins at 113 only because I don't think he is handeling the weight cut as well. as for knier at 106 he lost a close match to Shelton. and beat kost at the beginning of the season by 5 and two weeks ago in a jv match was beating him by 10 when he pinned him in second period. I did not see either match against butler so cant comment on that. 138 is a toss up you could give a good argument for any number of boys. and I still think trealor drops to 132
