Saw Hickman Co. play. I've only heard things about Lewis Co. And going on both things I think the Panthers will pull this one out in a tight game. Good Luck to both teams.

Obviously the key to this game is stop the run and establish the run for the Tigers. Stopping Weathers will be a tough one, as it is for all the teams. No prediction here, as i seldom make them. We just need a good showing honestly. If we put 4 quarters of play together, who knows.

I talked to Nick's dad this A.M. and he said he pulled his hamstring. Nothing serious, but we'll need some nursing. Congrats again to Aville.

Adamsville prevailed this evening, 23-14 over waverly. Not a terrible showing by Waverly tonight. The game was won and lost in the 2nd half. It went scoreless up until the Aville FG with about 4 to go. Waverly showed some things tonight that they haven't been showing in the past weeks. Adamsville's receivers are so tall, talented group of kids. Jeff Jackson had a great first half, kudos to the kid. Scot also had a good game. The Cardinals backs got to and through the holes very fast tonight. Good game Cards, good luck in the next few weeks.

What's been wrong with the Preds these past two games. outscored 10-4. Lost to Phoenix last night 6-3. Mason had it the first two, and now these two games he has slacked. Defense needs to step up, the entire defense.

I can speak for RT and myself, that we don't want SC to lose just because The Rebs beat us. When we beat down the Rebels last year we wanted them to lose to the Camden and Lewis Co. This year, Huntington has virtually taken Lewis Co.'s place. If I had it my way, Stewart County wouldn't win a game. But obviously I can't. This bitter towards Stewart County, yes. I speak for myself on that remark. But I'm sure PapaT will agree.

Cheeseburgers are mere hours away. lol But I'm pretty excited about this game. Even with the season we have had here in Waverly, we still need to go into every game with the same intensity as if we are 0-0 and opening up the season. With a few people getting back on the field, who knows, we may pull this one out. I sure hope so. But the weather will be great, and the food even better tonight. Waverly people making the drive, be safe and see ya there. Go Tigers!

SC is moderately fast, that was their reasoning for hitting hard. More speed. But these H-Town boys will have momentum going. That's weight and velocity..so look out Rebels. Here come the stangs.
