They are a very young and inexperianced team outside of a select few. They will develope over the season and have great talent coming in for the next few years. They are fast and can shoot pretty well from the floor. They have great perimeter play, but a weak low post with small and inexperianced players.

To reiterate on the Perry County idea. I believe that Perry County vs Summertown has always been big, and is one of the best. Recently PC vs Wayne Co has become pretty heated, just not as much tradition in it, but tradition is built over the years so it may grow.

Dixon for PC will help those girls out alot this year. She plays exceptionally well when she has her head in the game. Dabbs has really stepped up from last season. She can really get the ball and go! I watched PC play their alumni this past weekend and noticed that number 31 is a pretty good shooter. I believe she is a senior, but I could be wrong.

Weatherly - Perry Co. She is an awesome all around player.

It'll be a close game, but not in wayne co.'s favor. They're better coached, but PC has more talent. PC has this one in the bag. Now mark that down!

Perry County didn't do as well as I thought they were going to do, but somehow they came thru. They can play a whole lot better than what they did last night, and they better cause wayne co. is gonna come out and play their hearts out tonight. Go PC

I was really glad to see collinwood make it this far. They have really come along way. I still thought it would have been sweet to have a 12A sweep, but forrest did play really well. I can't wait to watch #23 next year from collinwood. In my opinion, she's their best player.

Summertown has a better coach who demands results and gets them. Perry COunty has a good group of very talented girls, but none of this really matters. This is going to come down to who wants it more. Go Lady Viks! thumb

I was a practice dummy many years ago when I played at my high school. It rips out your heart when you know you worked as hard as the players on the floor, but never really got a chance. This topic was started out of concern for all players out there who could have made a difference, but was cast aside. Everyone on the bench deserves to play and most importantly have fun! thumb

I'm talking about the seniors leaving next year, Weatherly, Rhodes, Smith, and Edney. After they leave who is PC gonna have?

Okay, this has been bothering me..... Why does the girl's coach @ Perry County refuse to play his subs when he is ahead by 30+ points? Last night at the Waverly game, they(PC) were up by 25 to 30 points and the coach didn't play the bench. He is going to lose four seniors next year and he is not going to have an experienced bench at all. I think it would be fair to the rest of the bench that practice just as hard as everyone else if they got to play more than 56 sec. in a game where they are ahead by 30.

Are you suggesting A.Dabbs then? K.Dabbs won't take the spot of Weatherly, Edney or Leegan so......

What happened to Rhodes this year anyway? I know she got hurt against S-town, but she came back. Why isn't she playing as much as last year? Has Leegan taken her spot for good? It kind of reminds me of Wooten a few years ago. SHe was a big part of the team her Jr. year, then she sprained her ankle and didn't play even after she recovered.

Both Perry Co. and Summertown were awarded with a trophy(they were co-season champs so they both got one). By the way, that was possibly the best district championship game I ever saw!

Personally I'm for becca leegan, but i do admit that kazeraye dabbs is pretty good for a freshman.

If it hadn't been for Weatherly stepping up and taking control (she normally has to) pc would have lost this game. Good job Weatherly! thumb thumb
