This is going to remind me what is happening with Pete Carroll right now. Remember Pete Carroll days at USC winning? Now he is the current head coach at Seattle Seahawks in the NFL. Pete was always winning games in the Pac-10, now he is in Seattle being ABOUT a .500 team maybe a little over. The competition changes between different age groups. But I am kinda eager to see what Reid will do, his first year may not be pretty. Humboldt is taking a risky shot not making the playoffs next year.

you are basically right. But when they went 12-1 two years ago, they had a defensive coordnaitor name Jay Emmons. In late July, Jay recived an offer by a college in Illionis, he accept the offer. That is when Scott Courtney came and he game up 30 points a game. So since Tab Vowell knew the upcoming seniors was a good group, he would've gotten rid of Scott Courtney anyway. Shane Jacobs wife had an offer to be the head womens basketball coach at Bradford, she accept that offer, and that is when Joe Gaddias accepted Shane Jacobs as their D-Cord. Jim Glover left McNairy Central for North Side. Then Erit Turner came in the spring. Ryan Scott came in early June. By The Way how do you know all of this.

I have no idea what happened, I did not see it. I was told that there was a former player from last year that was a Senior. He goes to some college in Nashville and came down to watch the game. I don't know why he was on the sideline, he had no buisness being on the sideline, a lot of former Indians were in the stands, cheering for North Side. He could've easily be just like them. But no he was not a coach.

It would be a great story. Give props to the North Side head coach Tab Vowell. He went and got Tony Bonds (an offensive lineman at Ole Miss) from Alabama. He got rid of Scott Courtney (current D-Cord at Riverside) and Shane Jacobs (current D-Cord at Trenton Peabody). He clean out his coaching staff except one, and got new experience coaches that can coach, like Jim Glover. I am very surprise for the Indians for coming from 2-8 last year to 13-1 this year. I am not a Jalen hater. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY WRONG! He played against Gallatin and got 6 yards, and you say he missed that game. Again: HE PLAYED AGAINST GALLATIN AND GOT 6 YARDS, HE PLAYED, DIDN'T MISSED THAT GAME, HE PLAYED. Also, I saw he last night, and yes he did 400 yards. I don't know if he is the best (i haven't seen Dodson from Whitehaven) ,but he is one of the best in the state after last night. Did he get the most total yards by a player last night? NO, Adam Craig got more yards last night than Hurd. Also, if Adam was a 6"3/6"4 he will be recieving offers by SEC schools to, In a matter of fact, he was looked by SEC schools, but they didn't want him because he is 6"0. Yes, I know he is in Columbus right now, telling him what he wants to do and other things, and if he is at Urban Meyer house (which is a recurting violation) I am glad he worked hard. Also since he is 6"3. Those defensive lineman/ linebackers can see Jalen Hurd in the backfield, and they also would be just as strong as Jalen, they can get there in no time and tackle him. If he (Jalen) was 5"10/5"11, it would be a whole different situation.

The coaches expect the players to do what the players are coached to do. Look, if you were a High School football coach, coaching the heck of your players since Spring Ball, June & July. Would you expect the players to do what was told? I understand where you are coming from. But its common sense, if you sat in front of the pressbox, you should expect that. Its the SEMIFINALS! Dang how many times the Covington coaches cuss in the pressbox, or sideline? (I am just saying) But I don't blame the coaches using offensive language to get there fustration out, whether its a blown assingment, or a missed tackle. They coach the heck out of the players, worked numarious amouts of hours on Sunday, studying film on the Chargers. They EXPECT the players to do, because they worked and teached the players on plays, fundamentals, etc. about 6 months now.

There backup is pretty good, he has an incredible arm, but he doesn't run as much as Craig. But i can see a 8-4. They will just need to rely on Marcus Maxwell (an underrated running back) more.

North Side did not played 4 teams that had an over .500 record. They played 5 teams that had an .500 record. Clarksville-NE, Liberty Tech, Brighton, Millington, Hamilton, and Ridgeway. Why Hendersonville and not East Tennessee?

In 2010, Jackson North Side vs. Liberty Tech. Both teams were undefeated, 7 miles seperate the two schools. NS WON 21-20 Last year ECS vs USJ game went into double OT, USJ won that game by 6. That was a semifinal game. This year North Side vs Memphis Ridgeway. NS won 45-42 in the quarterfinals.

So Alabama has TJ Yeldon (Freshmen Running Back), Derrick Henry ((SENIOR) Yulee High School, FL) set the all-time record for most rushing yards, commit to Alabama. And then Jalen Hurd. Ohio State has Ezekiel Elliot he is 6"0 205. Florida has Kevin Taylor he is 5"11 216. Both Elliot and Taylor are seniors at high school. Is Jalen Hurd good? no doubt about that, I am saying this, You guys are treating him like he is Lebron, Michael Jordan, and Babe Ruth. Since Jalen is 6"3 I can see him being a 6"5/6"6 reciever in college. But the way you guys are talking he will be a running, while I just don't see that happening. And yes if he is a running back in college, i promise you that the team that he plays for will not have the power I formation (2 fullbacks, 2 tight ends)
