This notion is so beyond my comprehension. The person that thought this up must be out of touch with the meaning behind high school football.

I watched the Hickman county game and they did some funky stuff in the 1st half and didn't have enough time to pull out the win. I have no clue why they would struggle against east, other than east played like they were an 0-9 team and wanted that one win. W.e. The reason I hope region 6 plays well. I can see how the Fairview faithful could be taken back with cheatham's performances in the few games they lost after they got the scare of the year when they played them well.

Kudos to you FHSjackets for being up to date on every facet of the offense for fairview. Hopefully Cheatham hangs around with the that special offense. The reason I've been eager is because the yellow jackets whipped up on our guys last yr, and I like for them to return the favor this yr

Tough loss last night for Cheatham. It was a defensive game, and ultimately waverly wore those guys dowm. Hats off to the Waverly tigers on a hard fought win.

I agree. Cheatham has set themselves up thus far to compete in the playoffs, but this back stretch of opponents will solidify how far they will go. If those guys play to their capabilities for 4 full quarters who knows what they could accomplish.

I'd say harpeth has been the surprise till this point of the season, best performance has been the improvement at the QB position for cheatham. Let downs.... not sure that we can call that just yet. You're contenders are definitely the 2 preseason picks in Camden and fairview, now I see Cheatham and harpeth having the ability of controlling their chances at a spot in the playoffs if each team can take care of region play. Pretenders... it'll all come out in the wash.

CPA was exactly that CPA. Most importantly i want to give a huge thanks to the group of seniors for our Cubs. Their experience was a wild one, from going 10-0 as freshman to 0-10 as juniors. but they all stuck it out even through 5 coaching changes over the last 4 yrs. I know this season wasn't what they had in mind as far as wins and loses but they did accomplish their team goal, the playoffs. The foundation and progress made this yr set the expectation for the future and that IMO is a tremendous win. happy to say things are looking up Cheatham Co.'s way.
