I am curious. Who are the main playmakers for Overton. I was curious because I have not seen much about them on Coach T. They are 10-0 and I was just wondering as a football fan. Anyone feel free to chime in...

I want to wish my buddies at Sevier County a deep run in the playoffs. I will be rooting for guys.....

I do believe Coach Hatcher (Think that is Morristown East's Coach's Name) should be Coach of the Year in that Conference. I believe you guys went 1-9 last year and finish 9-1 this year.

I heard you guys pressured Luke Manning all night. I listened to the Morristown East/South-Doyle game on the radio and you guys have really good team speed on Defense. I am looking forward to going to Morristown.. It has been awhile since I have been to a game there. How do you guys look on offense?

I agree AlumnI01, an injury-free game and good luck to both teams. But.... however, Roll Tribe Roll, lol. The way I have been reading the newpaper if things go a certain way, this could be the first of 2 meetings back-to-back week buddy....

Things will obviously change this week.... Last year it was pretty much straight forward. This year, Quadrant 1 is a mess and the bottom half of Quadrant 2 has teams that could go the Quadrant 3 depending on what shakes out.... Powell is playing for their playoff lives this week needing help possibly...

I just hope the weather is nice and it is a good night for SHHS VS DB.. Congrats to both teams getting to this point again...

Maryville is a football program with class and I respect them. You guys have a great coaching staff and have exhibit great sportsmanship with fans and people at the gate everytime I have seen a game there. I would have to say you guys are one of a few fan bases that show the most class of any fan base I have been involved with. Every school has their bad apples, but Maryville shows class.

The way this year has been going for the both teams, there is no telling what will happen, think it will be close either way, but watch it not be a close game either way. If this game was used as a betting game for Vegas... I promising you I would not bet on it, lol,....

All I know is, everyone better be there early because it is for all the marbles. If South and Elizabethton was on a different night, I would check it out or vice versa.. Anyhow, best wishes to South and Elizabethton in the playoffs. Also, for Science Hill in the playoffs only if they are not playing us in the 3 vs 6 game in Quadrant 1, lol.

I agree with you BatmanDB..... Our health is important along with special teams.. The playoffs start against Science Hill....

I am curious how this game plays out... This game is big for both sides for playoff positioning..

It has been awhile sense I have spoke to you Sweet Science. Congrats on beating Powell. I have been busy, but your conference is a mess as in teams bunch together. You guys gotta a big 2 weeks coming up... We are playing for the conference title against Science Hill again..

The Blaze seem stout. I knew they would be great this year. That conference is always a challange. Rutherford County has been a hotbed for great football for years. It is going to be interesting to see Shadowens play Smyrna next week.

I know what Oakland has from reading the posts. For curiosity, who are the stars for Blackman?

My bad... I MEANT GT OFFENSE. EXCUSE ME, CU06. I know there many principles to the spread CU06. I understand what you are saying, but really our line was not blocking that well in the spread early on in the season. So, I don't know what game you've been watching this year. We don't have the depth and that has also been a problem. I agree with Batman totally. However, in the GA Tech offense buddy.... we really was not throwing the ball that much and we did when we had too. We all know who we had last year, but don't get scared and changed everything because you lost 2 stars who went to UT. So, the next time you come at me with that check your stats the last 3 years in the offense.Sorry about not putting the Georgia Tech offense. Cause if you knew football, you would know what I was referring too Einstein. You don't see Science Hill running a slow down offense in basketball do you? By the way, you don't change what is not broken. If Duran Ferguson was our QB, I can see us in the spread.... I will admit, we have look better in the spread lately. So, do yourself a favor and do more research before you come at me telling me I don't know football. You probably don't know who Duran Ferguson is.
