YAI has Whitwell Friday at home. I'm hoping I can make it to that one

I didn't get to go either. Was hoping someone would be posting I'm curious too. The habea home scrimmage this coming week on Friday.

Scrimmage in Cookeville moved to today acordding to YAI booster club page

I was told today YAI at Cookeville in at 5 on Friday

YAI will be there the 28th with Lebanon is what I was told.

Just heard YAI will be at Cookeville next week for a scrimmage. Not sure of a time I'll post it when I find out. At least we aren't scrimmaging single A teams like the past couple years. Here's hoping for a good year. GO DRAGONS!!!!

Have you heard of the preseason scrimmages I'd like to get to at least one. I've not heard anything yet

It's quite in here for teams to be practicing. Drove by YAI yesterday looked be quite a few kids out.

Talked to a couple players today they are excited about the change. I just hope we are done with the coaching carousel. GO DRAGONS!!!!!

If your "reserves" we're hitting 3's would she tell them to stop that they were reserves and you all were ahead, No she wouldn't. You play to win with what you have until its over.

If your referring to the YAI game with 8 players and all them playing during the game, I guess your philosophy is we put in our subs so you quit trying to win. Ludicrous if you ask me. If you only have 8 you play what ya got. And I'm not even a basketball fan, but was proud to see them not give up.

I would think if they letting him go he would know it by now. Most coaches are working on their schedule by now.

Be careful what you bark for. The parents in girls basketball did that here few yrs ago. Set this program back. And guess whose the ball coach now. The one they all wanted gone.

A child choosing not to play a sport can not be put solely on a coach. I know when I played we lost several good football players not because of coaching. At this age group they have choices have a vehicle and a girl or play ball. You'll loose half just from that choice. So my feeling is if a kid chooses not to play if he had stayed and played he isn't committed either way. That's just an opinion. Just remember it's not all coaches when your dealing with young boys/men
